Por Ooi & Co is a Chartered Accountants firm, established since 1982 with offices in the states of Kedah and Perak. Subsequently, the name changed from Por Ooi & Co to Por Ooi & Co PLT starting year 2015.
The founding partners, Mr Por Lee Tee and Mr OoiSoo Kok are presently acting as the firm’s advisors. MrPor Lee Tee and Mr Ooi Soo Kok is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants(MIA) and hold licenses under the Malaysian Companies Act 1965 and are members of various accountancy and taxation bodies in Malaysia and overseas.

He is also a member of The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) and The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore(ICPAS).
He was formerly the MIA Chairman for the Northern states of Kedah and Perlis and a member of CPA Australia, Kedah/ Perlis Committee. He was formerly the ACCA coordinator for Kedah.

Mr Ooi Soo Kok is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants(MIA).
He is a member of Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Malaysian Institute of Taxation. Having served eight years in an international accounting firm and a further three years as a financial control manager in a public listed company.
