FT Loan Officer

Top splits - 80/20 on the first loan every month, and then 90/10 on ALL remaining loans

in any month zero desk fees

overridesAccounting fee of 4.5% on all commissions

PT Loan Officer•Will earn 40% of the total fees determined by them & L&G*

origination fees (if applicable) and backend fees (YSP)(not house fees)

*i.e. if fees total $2700, commission will be $1080

Eligibility requirements:

•Refer or sponsor a team of Full Time LO’s and Part Time LO’s

•Personally fund 2 loans per quarter

Income:

•Normal fees on personal loan production

•Participation Bonus - $400 per funding from 1st line team

•Incentive bonus - $100 per funding from 2nd line team

(Loan Officer must be a full time employee to be eligible for total bonus package.
