As per study conducted by a leading HR consultant employee replacement cost varies between 70% to 200% of annual salary of an employee

If he joins competitor then cost is extra ordinary & recurring in nature.

Short term hardly works in the long term

Bonuses, incentives, cash rewards , foreign trips, laptops, latest gadgets don’t give lasting solutions. Idea is to go beyond the routine stuff & give new ideas a chance.Social security in form of pension is very powerful idea. It induces is deep level of loyalty and sincerity among employees. They will be far more serious and committed if they are given post retirement benefits.

How this unique idea can stop your attrition?

Investment will be made by employer towards employee retirement provided employee stays over there till the contract term(5 years 10 years) is completed .

Employee will not get this amount if he leaves mid-way.

Employee can also contribute separately in his retirement

Employee can get money in pension fund once block of five years is completed. Then after, it will be transferred in employee account but with a caveat that it will be used exclusively for retirement age i.e. at 60 years .in case of medical emergency employer can however release the fund but not before 50 if employee is surviving.

Once contract for five year is over another contract is signed again with revised terms between an employer and an employee.

Transferred Fund can be managed by third party like swaraj retirement solutions or NATIONAL PENSION SCHEME (NPS).

Employer can offer both fixed return or variable returns.

Idea is delayed gratification. It is for both employer & employee.
