Step TwoSet up an email address or phone number for receiving verification pass codes in situations where the system does not recognize the computer you are logging in from. If you already have an email address or phone number in the system, you will see it listed, and will be given the opportunity to modify it if necessary.

Step ThreeOnce you have verified an email address or phone number, you will have a pass code sent to you by clicking the Call me or Text me buttons for your phone, or the Email me button for email. Enter the six-digit code in the form on the screen. Keep in mind that, if you choose “Text me,” standard text messaging charges from your phone carrier may apply.

Step FourIf you receive your code by email, you will need to open a separate browser window or tab to log in to your email account while keeping your Online Banking open. If you don’t know how to open a separate tab or window, click on the link on the screen that says “Open a new browser window.”

Step FiveOnce you have entered your code, you need to tell the system whether this computer should be remembered. If you click “Yes,” you will not have to go through this process the next time you log in. This is appropriate for a computer at home or one that only you and your family have access to. If you are on a public computer and don’t want it to remember you, select “No.”
