Steps to use RuPay Debit Card
• Access merchant website and browse through to purchase a product/service.
• E.g. recharging BSNL Mobile Number online using RuPay Debit Card.

your mobile number, go to the payment page and choose ‘RuPay Debit Card’ as your mode of payment under the ‘Payment’ option.

First Transaction (Needs Registration)
1. The cardholder will have to register his Rupay card for the first transaction online.
2. The cardholder will enter all the correct Rupay card details on the payment screen viz card number, expiry date and CVD2.

tions3. An OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to the cardholder’s mobile number/ email-ID registered with the bank.

tions4. Customer has to enter the OTP received on his mobile number/ email ID registered with the bank.

tions5. The cardholder will also be asked to enter a phrase and remember the same for identification in future transactions.

6. The Cardholder will then be shown a scrambling PIN pad page.

be successful once the correct ATM PIN has been entered using the scrambling PIN pad and the transaction has been approved by the bank post which a success page will be displayed to the card holder.

Subsequent Transaction(Post Successful Registration Transaction)
1. On the merchant check-out page, the customer has to enter correct RuPay card information requested viz card number, expiry date ad CVD.
2. Once the details of a registered Rupay card have been entered the customer will directly routed to the image selection page for cardholder validation. Bharathiar University - VISAKA

will have to identify the correct image(the one that was registered during the first transaction) out of 20 random images displayed.

4. In the next screen after selecting the correct image the cardholder will be displayed the ‘phrase’ that he had entered during registered along with the last three online transactions using PaySecure made on the ‘Rupay Debit Card’.

tions5. The Cardholder will have to enter his correct ATM PIN using mouse clicks. Once the correct PIN digits are entered click ‘Submit’.

be successful once the correct ATM PIN has been entered and the bank approves the transaction post which a success page will be displayed to the customer.
