1 GeneralThe body computer (CPH) gathers information from sensors common to the following security and driving comfortequipment :

• electronic anti-theft device• alarm• door locking• high frequency remote controls• interior lamp timer• lights-on audible warning• key-in-the-ignition audible warning• doors-open warning lamp

2 RoleThe body computer is an ECU which controls the transponder-operated anti-theft device, while also providing thefollowing functions :

• electronic anti-theft device• controlling the door locks for central locking or deadlocking• controlling the high frequency remote control• locking the doors by remote control• interior lamp timer• doors-open warning lamp• alarm (volumetric and perimeter protection)

4 Features of the different body computers

The body computer (CPH) is available in 3 main versions.

The body computer can be software adapted to the configuration of the vehicle (this configuration takes place at theproduction stage according to the vehicle's equipment).

When replacing the body computer, it is necessary to adapt it to the vehicle by initialising it using a diagnostic tool.
