Ceremony With the backdrop of beautiful Walsh Bay, and with your

ceremony surrounded by water, The Sebel Pier One Sydney provides a

stunning and unforgettable outdoor setting for your wedding ceremony.

Reception Choose from two newly refurbished function rooms completed

in September 2012.

Water @ Pier One is the perfect venue for larger weddings, with unrivalled views over the Harbour Bridge and Walsh Bay. Water @ Pier One provides a stunning setting for your special day, comfortably seating up to 200 guests (including the bridal table and a dancefloor).

Dawes Point room overlooks Walsh Bay and opens directly onto the pier. This room is versatile and comfortably seats up to 120 guests (including the bridal table and a dancefloor).

What time may I have my Reception from?The hotel has a licence for Noise and Alcohol until midnight. The package is based on a 5 hour period.

What beverages can I have?The wines as stated per package are the only wines inclusive in each package price. However, you may pay an upgrade fee per person for the wine to be upgraded. Should you require any spirits for the event, these may only be purchased on a Cash Bar Basis or charged on Consumption. House spirits start from $8.50 per drink. BYO beverages are not permitted. Beverages are subject to availability. In the event your choice is unavailable we reserve the right to substitute to a product of equal quality and price.

Do you tentatively hold function space?The Sebel Pier One Sydney will not hold any space until a 25% deposit has been paid.

What time can I set up from?Please note access times are not able to be confirmed until one week prior the reception.

Do you have a minimum spend or minimum numbers for your function rooms?All function rooms at the Sebel Pier One Sydney have a minimum spend and/or a minimum number of guests. Please feel free to speak with our wedding coordinator to find out the correct minimum numbers and spend for your function room.

What are the deposit & payment arrangements?Upon confirming your reception with The Sebel Pier One Sydney, we will issue a contract at which time you will have 3 working days to sign and return with a 25% deposit. Full prepayment will be due 2 weeks prior to wedding reception.
