Foreword

You ever been involved in a goldrush?

Maybe not the one from the last century, although judging from

some of the photos I see on the Warrior Forum I’m not so sure…

But what about the ‘dot com bubble’ of the late nineties?

Or the AdSense boom of a few years back?

Mates of mine were making a hundred grand a month back then

until it ended almost overnight when Google changed the rules.

At time of writing the Warrior Special Offers forum (part of the

Warrior Forum) combined with Mike Lantz’s Warrior Plus software IS

indeed a goldrush.

I have thirty or forty grand in my bank account from messing about

doing 3 tiny WSO’s and sending one promo email a month to a list of

WSO buyers that supports this opinion.

So I’m a big fan of WSO’s.

But the internet in particular has a habit of moving the goalposts.

I really hope the WSO phenomenon doesn’t burst.

I’m not making any prophecies about whether it will or whether it

won’t, although like you, I have my opinions.

So while it’s around it’s probably the best source of highly targeted,

inexpensive traffic that you’re going to find in the IM niche today.

I’m involved in private mastermind groups and I’ve heard the phrase

‘like shooting fish in a barrel’ mentioned on more than one occasion

in reference to running WSO’s

I also personally know marketers who are one and two hundred

grand richer because of the WSO’s they’ve run and the promotions

they send.

But a lot of people are basing their entire business around running

WSO’s and that’s a BIG mistake in my book, purely because entire

revenue streams can vanish overnight on the internet.

But there is a way that you can jump on the gravy train and make

sure that you’re not caught out if it all goes down the toilet.

This PDF is about using the inexpensive, highly targeted traffic and

built-in affiliate system of the WSO forum/ Warrior Plus software

to build a REAL online business, while at the same time profiting

from the present WSO goldmine.

The Warrior Forum and especially Warrior Special Offers are

HOT at the moment….

But I can’t believe how much money is being left

on the table by the ‘Sheeple’ who just mindlessly

follow the herd and copy the same mistakes over

and over again.

The stats are all laid out for you to see inside any

WarriorPlus account, but still I see the same basic

sales funnel mistakes time after time (covered later).

The good news is I AM going to show you how to pull $2k a month from the

WF with no list and traffic.

First off though, a quick question:

Q. Why do you think I was delighted to run a WSO offer – only my second -

that sells for $4.95 (like the one below) when I can put out promo email to my

list and make the same amount of money with much less effort?

Well to explain – here’s how much money came in from sales of that $4.95

WSO:

(Don’t worry about some of the other stats being blurred out, I’ll be showing you some

more figures later. This is just to prove a point).

Over $3,200 from a $4.95, 25 page PDF in a few days. Not huge compared to

some, but I’m not too proud to turn down three grand because some other guy

made twenty

Especially when most of the traffic was provided for me….

It was a decent PDF of course, but very easy to create… and that was before I

devised the methods I’m going to share with you.

If you take the affiliate cut off the total I came out with less of course, but I still

went home with four figures in my pocket,

and MUCH more important…

I still made over $10,000 from what I did

with the traffic AFTERWARDS!

(And that was mostly ALL mine!)

And that’s what most people who try to make money from The Warrior Forum

get wrong. They try to make money on the front end.

Yes I know you’ve heard before that the money’s in the back end. But it’s never

been easier to prove it to yourself than it is right now with these WSO thingies.

I find it incredible to see WSO’s listed with no OTO’s or upsells.

And pretty bloody dumb too.

And I should know, I’ve done it myself

Of course I don’t buy every single WSO that comes out so I don’t know for sure

what’s happening on the back end, but I do know that OTO’s are very

important for attracting affiliates.

And to be honest I’ve bought enough WSO’s to know that some people just

waste the backend.

Here’s what we’re going to get sorted in this PDF:

1. How to pull at least $2,000 a month from the Warrior Forum

Two things to note:

This is NOT just about creating and launching WSO’s although with the highly

targeted, stupidly inexpensive traffic available on the Warrior Special Offers

Forum you’d have to have a big hole in your head to ignore it.

There are a number of techniques in this PDF. You don’t have to do them all

but if you don’t the amount of money you come out with after 30 days or so

might be less than two grand.

Let’s get started…

1. Fancy running a WSO? - You’re going to

need a unique product.

OK stop panicking it’s easy. It’ll take you an hour at best and

a day at worst but the rewards are more than worth it.

This is the brutal truth….

You can’t get highly targeted traffic like this (I mean look at who

buys WSO’s – it’s the perfect marketplace!) for the price you pay for a

WSO (and get automatic affiliate recruitment thrown in) ANYWHERE else.

I’m not saying it’s perfect and I’m not saying it’ll last.

There’s also a possible issue with PayPal that could lead to anyone who runs (or even buys) a WSO having their

PayPal account closed so make sure you do your own due diligence on that one and be aware of it if you

decide to proceed.

But as an internet marketer you cannot ignore the traffic and marketplace it

provides if you want to make what I honestly feel is the easiest money

possible in the IM world today.

So pay attention to the next passage in red text:

To access this traffic you need a unique product – a Warrior Special Offer

(WSO) to list on the Warrior Forum. Think of it as a gateway to inexpensive

highly targeted traffic that you can monetize, build a list with or even start a

successful online business with.

But you DO need a unique product.

The good news is that it doesn’t have to be the make money online

equivalent of ‘Catcher in The Rye’. It can be very basic.

You don’t have to have a cutting-edge, mind-blowing system to write about.

But it’s your VIP invitation to the traffic party ok? You DO NEED one.

Let’s continue…

Don’t worry about ideas for your WSO – I’ve got that covered and it’s on its

way in a few pages.

First off, have you noticed how well information is selling on the WSO forum?

Yes I know at first glance it all looks like information but it’s not. At least not

the kind we need to find.

My first WSO – Hippy Marketing Uncut was basically a list of 5 ways to make

money in 30 days.

It’s pretty, sure. But at the end of the day it’s just a list of 5 methods of making

money in a relatively short amount of time. That’s it.

It’s GOOD info, don’t get me wrong, but strip away the whistles and bells and

it’s just a list of five methods.

But I know what sells on the WSO forum, and it’s exactly this sort of thing.

The price-point helps too. A $9 product doesn’t raise the expectations too high

and is very affordable.

Indeed many people are fiercely opposed to the pricing on the WSO board

because they think it’s too low. Personally I’m all in favour of making good

information available to those who need it most

Especially when it usually the people with far less to spend in info products.

If you can give your customers just ONE golden nugget (which is basically

something they didn’t know before they bought your product) then they’ll be

delighted, FAR less likely to refund and much MORE likely to buy from you

again.

IMPORTANT: ALL that most newcomers are looking for are strategies,

shortcuts or information that they don’t already know.

Provide them and you’re a guru. To them at least.

Memorize the following and make it your motto:

“It doesn’t have to be the most cutting edge information in the

world it just needs to be information they don’t yet know about. In

that way it becomes cutting-edge to them!”

This is a MASSIVE point that most people miss. If you can present someone

with info that they can use in their business they’ll love you forever.

Anyway, we aren’t actually going to ‘create’ our own product in terms of ideas.

Not unless you want to of course.

That would be silly when we can (gently) take advantage of one of the aspects

of human nature that’s earned me a lot of money…

Which is - ‘Everyone likes to brag about what they know’

Tony’s Pro Marketer Tip – That’s why it’s always better to make sure there are at least five

techniques, methods or strategies in your information product. Because even if the reader has

come across two or even three of them before, you only need one new strategy (for them) to blow

then away and you’ll have a customer for life.

You never forget the marketer who introduces you to a new strategy. Notice I didn’t say ‘invents

a new strategy’ because very little is new to everyone. But if you’re the guy who pulls away the

curtain and reveals something new, you’re the MAIN MAN for that customer!

So we’re going to go onto the Warrior Forum

(called the WF from now on because it’s easier

for me to type) and get people to create the

content for our WSO for us, for free…

Now you might have heard other marketers telling you that you can gather

information from the WF or other places and sell it as a product.

Ladies and gents I’m here to tell you now that you cannot peddle

any old crap and expect it to sell, because it WON’T!

The average person who’s looking to make money online is NOT stupid. He

wants help sure, he also wants a magic button (which is good for us as you’ll

see later) but he also has the intelligence to spot a crap product a mile off and

he won’t go near it.

So again I won’t insult your intelligence by suggesting you can just shove any

old crap together and sell it, because you can’t. Anyone who tells you that you

can is just out to take your money OK?

It has to be sexy.

“Your offer has to have tits like watermelons or six-pack abs like a

Spartan brick layer. Whichever floats your particular boat!”

The actual product creation work is going to be

shared between you and some members of the WF.

Here’s the split:

1. YOU: Compile the information into a report (or

video series if you’re willing to do a bit more works)

and make it look pretty, then add a salespage

2. THEM: Everything else.

Actually that’s over simplifying it a tad, but you’re not going to have to do

much content research yourself – that will all be provided for you courtesy of

the WF members.

So we’re going to post a thread of the WF asking for certain information.

But it can’t just be any old info that we ask for.

Here’s the thing:

You need to compose your post asking for

information with DESPERATE BUYERS in mind.

Forget the much-suggested ‘IM Resources’ report, where some dude might

buy it to store on his hard drive for a later date when he might refer back to it

at some point when he might need a hosting provider.

Balls to that.

We’re going to be selling to rabid, desperate, frothing-at-the-mouth, sell-

your-granny person who is desperate for a solution to his problem.

And these are the people who need things in a hurry, or because they’re in

pain (might not be actual pain – might be anguish, worry, a deadline, a

technical problem or something like that)

These are the people who do Google searches to find the answers to the things

they urgently need to know.

BUILT-IN-BONUS: Warrior Forum Posts Get Indexed VERY

Quickly So You Can Get Additional Traffic After Your WSO

Has Ended By Targeting The Right Key Phrases!

Just to demonstrate this fact, I searched this morning for the phrase ‘Best

converting squeeze page’ and found the following results:

And there it is, courtesy of the Warrior Forum’s search engine ranking. A by-

product sure, but a welcome one nonetheless.

I used to get a lot more traffic from that listing until the bloke underneath my

list got his ranked and his squeeze page converts at 82.2% whereas mine ‘only’

converts at 67.7%

Back to our desperate customers…

So our potential customers with a burning desire to sort out a problem are

going to Google first (on the whole) then visit the WF if they don’t find what

they’re looking for.

And here’s what they’ll be searching for.

1. To find information they urgently need

2. To find services they urgently need.

Don’t worry about traffic – you don’t need any, or a list. That gets

covered in later.

So you need to create products that satisfy a

burning need in your customers.

You need to address despair, confusion, anxiety and

pain.

You’re not exploiting these people because you’re

going to be providing the information they’re looking

for, not just fobbing them off towards another link or

ad as you would with AdSense sites or affiliate sites.

You’re going to be the actual product creator and owner (there are more

potential earnings doing it that way)

Here are some examples of WSO products that solve urgent problems:

1. A list of 40 web designers who can create mini-sites or e-covers in 48

hours

2. How to attempt to get your PayPal account reinstated as quickly as

possible with letter templates and contact numbers for all countries

3. A list of product sellers who offer 100% commission and those who offer

2 tier-affiliate systems (where you get paid commission on the sale of

people you introduce).

4. A rolodex of 50 marketers who do Adswaps

5. How to set up a fast internet marketing business using FREE software

6. How to open a US bank account if you’re a non US resident.

Don’t worry if you can’t think of any ideas of your own – read below…

If you can’t think of any ideas of your own, I’ll say here and now that I believe

anyone can log onto to the WF main ‘internet marketing’ section and find half

a dozen posts in the first couple of pages that they could create a WSO from,

and that is good enough for a main WSO product or an upsell on.

These are the sorts of posts where you can get your product ideas…

(Note that some of these will require a little more work than simply compiling).

Oh wow it doesn’t get any easier than that! 41 replies, many of which provide

technical, ‘how to’ information about how to make money online. Edit, divide

into parts (part 1 – auto blogging, part 2 – Adswaps etc.) and make it look

pretty.

you’d just post a reply asking for clarification or start another thread.

What’s next?

more information. Amazon is always popular. A title like - ‘7 Ways you

probably haven’t tried of making money from Amazon’ or ’10 tried and tested

method for making money as an Amazon affiliate’

Bizarre question but I thought I’d include it as a possible. Didn’t look into this

one any further. I included it because list building is always massively popular

and it’s one I would investigate further for a possible product. Not great

though – last resort.

This thread is about how to monetize a site in the gaming niche. I know

nothing about this but after reading the replies I’d do further investigation and

maybe use this as a basis for a WSO. ‘How to make money from the gaming

niche’

This is great. It’s about the difference between syndicated content and

duplicated content, spinning articles, and should you bother spinning them at

all. There’s a SHEDLOAD of content in there and I’d use it as the basis of my

WSO.

It’d need a rewrite and perhaps a little more research but that should only take

a couple of hours or a day tops.

Then a new sexy title such as

“Why You’re Making A BIG Mistake, Losing Money And

Possibly Damaging Your Business When You Spin Articles!”

A little later I’ll show you what to do with your finished report but for now let’s have a look at the last listing I

chose (remember all these are taken from the first 3 pages of the internet marketing section of the WF on the

day I wrote this PDF)

A little bit boring but there’s possibly some scope for investigation here. I

chose it because I know for a fact that forum market does work because I use

the method myself from time to time when I want to target specific groups of

people.

If you don’t even want to do THAT much work – you just

want to compile a WSO together to form a list…then there’s

always THIS:

(First off a quick reminder - don’t go pinching someone else’s stuff).

Information is information sure but if you have a source, don’t just copy it

word for bloody word. Use your own style, add content, or delete some

content (just as good as adding it sometimes) to give it your own touch.

Make it indistinguishable from the original.

Change it, ok? And use your own judgement.

Here’s where to search for this kind of info.

(Hint: It’s NOT using the WF’s own search facility, which is pretty crap).

Where else?

Google. Here’s how to use it for your WSO product ideas.

Here’s how I’d create a list-based WSO with a title something like…

‘My Rolodex Of Top 100 Do-Follow Links!”

(Rolodex is a great ‘buzz’ word to use instead of list. So is ‘action file’,

‘marketer’s swipe file’ or anything like that. It doesn’t even have to make all

that much sense, for example ‘Hit File Of 100 Top Do-Follow Links!”

If you don’t know what do-follow links are, either find out, or go with

something you do understand. The people who know what do-follow links are,

and who use them will certainly take notice of such a WSO.

Almost forgot – here’s where I found the info:

This sort of info sells very well. Not for high price-points but perfect for a WSO

priced at $1, $4.95 or $9, depending on the information being sold or how

brave you’re feeling.

These also make great upsells and OTO’s (which is where the real profit comes

from with WSO’s as discussed later)

Another method I use is to put the words ‘Warrior Forum’ alongside my search

term. For example:

repurpose it on the same forum (note: don’t plagiarise) then search outside the WF.)

Compiling the information from various sources is usually the way I do it.

In fact here’s my BIGGEST secret:

Go to fiverr.com and type in ‘list of’ in the search box.

Here’s what came back on just the FIRST PAGE today, as I write this PDF:

Not very exciting but handy to have compiled in one place and I think would

make a great upsell to some sort of outsourcing WSO or method. (Pity the poor

outsourcer who’s got to submit to them all though!)

Remember a couple of things here:

The above gigs cost $5 a pop.

They’re unlikely to be the best quality

But compiled together with some sort of instructions and/or other lists of

information these should look pretty appealing to certain groups of marketers.

You should by now have some idea of how you can quickly put together a

simple WSO. If you haven’t you should possibly think of another career.

It doesn’t have to be the greatest thing in the world; it just needs to provide

value to some sections of the WSO target audience who need it at the

particular time they read your listing.

It doesn’t have to be a paid WSO either. Here’s a free one that I keep relisting

because it gets me subscribers every month and the funnel behind it earns me

money.

It’s nowhere near being a unique idea, and it doesn’t have to be.

Most people think than any new product has to be totally unique and a cutting

edge technique. In reality that couldn’t be further from the truth.

You just need it to appeal to some people and offer incredible value to them.

And that incredible value comes down

to just one thing remember?

SOMETHING THEY DON’T ALREADY

KNOW OR HAVE!

If it does that you’ll make money.

Sure you’ll get some people who’ll say they were ‘disappointed’ and will post

to say this on your thread.

I still get this with every WSO I run and I don’t care.

You can’t please everyone.

I like to think about ‘Mr Disappointed’ as I’m watching several thousand dollars

drop into my PayPal account.

A few disappointed’s does not mean your product is bad. Remember that.

But do you REALLY have to create a product?

Well no, you could just keep on doing the lottery for another 50 years.

Look here’s the truth:

You NEED A WSO to tap into the massive, highly targeted source of

traffic that is available on the Warrior Special Offer Forum.

That’s ALL it’s for. It’s your passport. It gets you in.

Now I’ll show you how to make the REAL money…

Making A Killing Selling Affiliate Products

Using The Warrior Special Offer Forum…

While the terms and conditions of the WF strictly prohibit you from selling

anything as a WSO that you didn’t create yourself, there’s no such restrictions

or checks on what you do with your backend as far as I can see.

My first advice would be to create THREE related WSO’s in the way we’ve just

discussed and offer affiliates the following commission structure:

100% on the front-end

50% on upsell #1

50% on upsell #2

You’ll need to open a WarriorPlus account and pay $40 to list your WSO and

$19 for each payment button you need if you want to sell it through the

WarriorPlus system. (Recommended for stats and affiliates)

So for the example above you’d need also 3 payment buttons – the main offer

and two upsells on top of the $40 listing fee.

It’ll cost you $97 in all, but Warrior Plus also seriously attracts affiliates and

gives you a lot of free traffic so it’s well worth doing. I’ve never walked away

with less than $2,000 when I’ve used this model, even when the main product

is $4.95 or even free.

But there ARE other ways to make money if you only decide

to create a ‘main’ WSO offer:

You can use affiliate products as your upsells and as offers from your download

pages. I use related WSO’s as offers and ‘you might also be interested in’ links

on my download pages.

I’ve always added affiliate links to my download pages, and if the ‘fit’ is right

I’ve used affiliate products as the entire upsell.

This isn’t going to make you rich but you can easily add an extra $500-$1000 a

month to your bottom line.

You’re just using the traffic that buying a WSO brings.

Here’s an example of one of my previous WSO download pages. You can see

that at the bottom I also included a ‘surprise bonus’ which is actually an

affiliate product.

Any customers who click on the link are given the free gift advertised, but also

go into a sales funnel under my affiliate link and any sales they make at any

point in the future (I think the cookie lasts for 3 years) mean I get an affiliate

commission.

Here’s a screenshot of the commissions earned from this particular promotion.

Ideally you need an affiliate product that both complements your main

product and cookies you into their funnel for as long as possible so that you

get your affiliate commission even if the prospect you send over doesn’t buy

anything for 6 months.

You Also Need To Build A

Bloody Big List…

You’re probably very aware that the reason I (or you,

or anyone) decides to offer 100% commission on

their front end WSO product is because they’re

building a list from the buyers.

You can integrate WarriorPlus with your autoresponder account so that it

automatically adds them to your list.

I haven’t done this, but as far as I’m aware, this is still double opt-in, which

means your new buyers receive a message informing them they’ve got to click

a confirmation link to opt-in to your list.

There’s no good reason for them to do this – in fact it’s a pain in the arse to do,

which is why over 30% just don’t bother.

Instead why not make it attractive for them to opt-in by getting something in

return?

Here’s what I do.

I simply hold something back from my main offer, the offer it as a reward for

opting into my list.

In this case I offer a free report, and free product updates in return for giving

me their emails address.

Note that I also call the opting-in process ‘Step 1’

My testing has shown that people are far more likely to go along with a

request like this when it’s in some kind of logical sequence or step by step

process.

And to show you how effective this is, here’s my opt-in conversion rate for this

form:

Almost 86%. I’m quite happy with that.

I’m aware than many WSO sellers force people to give their emails addresses

to receive their download but that bugs a lot of people and (more importantly)

is against PayPal’s terms of service.

I’m more comfortable losing a few and doing it my way.

Once You’ve Got Them On Your List…

Say hello and perhaps

introduce yourself.

Also if you’re going to

use my system above of

persuading them to opt-

in to your list by

promising a bonus,

message #1 on your

autoresponder (the one

that’s delivered

immediately) is where

you give them the

download URL.

You also need to sell them something from this email.

Above is a screenshot from the first AR (autoresponder) message from my

You can see I deliver the bonus and then immediately start selling the benefits

of my monthly newsletter.

This could just as easily have been an affiliate product, because I’ve also done

very well promoting affiliate products in these follow ups.

I’ve also done extremely well promoting other related WSO’s but remember

you have to keep an eye on these to make sure they don’t end.

Of course you can also promote any upsells or other products you have.

After the initial email I also have 5 or 6 pre-written emails selling the same

thing. After that the follow ups stop and they only receive my broadcasts when

I decide to put them out.

I put an automation rule in place (I use Aweber and this is easy) that removes*

anyone from this list if they buy the product I’m offering in the email.

This just means that if they buy my product on receiving email 1 they won’t get

another 4 emails bugging them to buy a product they’ve already bought.

(*When they’re removed from that list they’re automatically added to my membership buyers list, so then

they’ll receive a different set of emails for a higher priced membership)

It’s up to you how you play these emails, but I’m seeing and hearing about

MUCH better conversion rates when people are simply running promo emails

to their new lists promoting other WSO’s.

There are new ones out every day, and the peeps on your list have already

been proven to buy WSO’s (they bought yours didn’t they?) so this is

something I recommend you try.

Here’s another good reason. I personally know people who’ve made over a

hundred grand promoting WSO’s.

I only play at it really because I don’t work too hard and I have other stuff

going on, but here’s the current state of my affiliate sales.

Please note this doesn’t include my WSO sales, which bump up the total

considerably…

And the BIG thing about having a list is that it LITERALLY provides you with cash

on demand. That’s no exaggeration.

You need money, you put out a promo. Anyone who says that’s not true has

never done it. It’s MIGHTY powerful.

Affiliates…

First time I ran a WSO I was amazed how easy it is to get

affiliates to promote your WSO. And best of all they

come to you. All you need to do is approve them.

It’s nothing like trying to recruit affiliates in the ‘traditional’ way where you

send an invitation or email.

After the first WSO you run you’ll notice the guys who bring in the most money

for you and can auto-approve them so that next time they want to promote

your next WSO they won’t have to wait for your manual approval.

You can also PM them through the WF messaging system and let them know

that you’ve got a launch coming up so they can schedule it in their dairy.

Also previous affiliates are automatically notified by the WarriorPlus system

when you launch a new WSO so they can promote, and any WarriorPlus user

can put in keywords (for example ‘PLR’ or ‘Amazon’ or ‘backlinking’) so that

they’re notified when a new WSO comes out that fits their criteria for

promoting.

This is a very powerful system and if you use it correctly as both an affiliate and

a seller (you get to select your own tags to be added as search terms when you

launch a WSO) then you can target your audience even more closely.

You can see what’s converting (including upsells), along with the commissions

that are on offer by looking in your WarriorPlus account

So you see the progression here?

You shouldn’t think of your main WSO product – your front end – as a cash

generator at all, and I would always recommend giving away 100% commission

to affiliates.

Your upsells are a slightly different matter.

If you decide to create two further reports in the way outlined earlier in this

PDF then I’d recommend putting them both on at 50% commission to affiliates.

Remember while the WSO itself has to be a unique product the backend can

be an affiliate product (although obviously you couldn’t offer a commission to

your affiliates)….

BUT it can ALSO be a PLR product. I think so anyway. I’ve done this before

without any problems.

Tony’s Pro Marketer Tip – The most successful WSO affiliates don’t try to promote everything.

Instead they build lists around certain (popular) subjects and focus on selling those. I know of one

affiliate who only promotes Amazon products to his list and gets conversion rates you wouldn’t

believe.

I rarely promote Facebook or social networking products because most of my list have proved not

to be interested in these. Stick to one or two popular products that your list is ravenous for!

So if you’re a member of a PLR content club you could use one of those if you

felt like it. PLR – good quality PLR always sells well.

An often used tactic is to sell PLR to your main WSO as the upsell.

Personally I wouldn’t recommend this because you really should be racking up

the products to use as upsells to your WSO’s and to your new list afterwards.

Recurring Income

At this stage in your online career you may not have a recurring income

program. I’d recommend you set one up as soon as possible although that’s

not something we can cover in this PDF.

Although I will quickly say that I’ve seen a lot of WSO’s who sell a particular

thing – perhaps a PLR product or a set of PLR videos, or 100 articles or

whatever and then the upsell is to recruit people into a monthly membership

where they get a similar package to the one they’ve already bought every

month.

To set this up all you need are two packages – one for the WSO and one for the

first monthly package when they sign up for that.

And a delivery system of course, although that could easily be done through

Aweber where you send out a download link to all members every month.

Instead why not find recurring affiliate programs that are relevant to your

WSO? They’re quite easy to find. Just Google for your WSO type of product

then type ‘monthly’ on the end.

e.g. If you’re selling list building training just Google ‘list building training

monthly’. You should find a monthly membership. Then just go looking for

their affiliate program.

Outsourcing Your Main WSO…

If you have the funds to outsource the WSO you could just hand over the

section on WSO creation in this PDF to your freelancer and get them to create

your WSO for you.

Of course it’d be the guy who is converting at 13% with an upsell conversion of

18% and has sold over 100 copies of both.

BUT there’s something else.

WHY is he converting so well?

Well the product content and subject matter is

important of course, but it’s the salespage that gets

‘em clicking the button so go and look at his sales

page and see what he’s up to.

Is he using a lot of graphics? I do this because from

my own testing people simply cannot be arsed to

read long sales pages any more, and graphical bullet

points and headline show the benefits and grab the attention and if they’re

then interested they read the rest of the sales letter.

You can use video in the same way.

A lot of people paste any good comments they get from their WSO thread onto

the top of their sales page*

*Just press the ‘quote’ button under the comment you like on your thread then swipe the whole text inside

the quote box and past it where you want it in your WSO thread. It’ll magically appear.

So Are You Going To Get Stuck In And Have A

Go At Your Own WSO?

Well mate, this is the time when you have to look into mirror.

You already know deep in your heart whether you’re going to run your own

WSO by this point.

The question is, if not, why not?

Too much hard work?

OK, then go and do something else, but I bet you’re in the same position in a

month!

Look – WSO’s are NOT the magic key to a life of wealth and prosperity.

Quite honestly I’m not even sure if they’re here to stay.

But I do know two things:

Most people I see who run WSO’s come back and do it over and over once they

see the results.

Look at the conversion rates that are being achieved – it’s crazy. You just don’t

see results like this from ‘traditional’ sites unless you’re very good or very

lucky.

And I think that’s down to WSO’s giving you access to a fabulous source of

inexpensive, highly targeted traffic.

I won’t say it’s like shooting fish in a barrel but with a bit of work it’s EASY for

ANYONE to pull two grand a month from the WF by running WSO’s and then

following the methods I’ve outline with the resulting traffic.

Pull them into recurring payment programs

And once you get your head round it, and put in some more work you can pull

in a hundred grand a year relatively easily.

You just have to launch your first one.

The beauty of this system is that you earn as you learn.

Using the WF and WSO’s to build a

sustainable online business…

Personally I wouldn’t recommend building a business based on WSO’s. The

whole concept is growing at a crazy rate and no one really knows where it’s

going to go.

It might not be around in a year – it’s all based on a forum.

So I really wouldn’t base by business on it.

However I think while it’s providing a wonderful source of affiliates and highly

targeted traffic there’s nothing wrong with using the system – or at least the

traffic, sales and potentially huge list that it can provide.

At the very least, running WSO’s, creating a sales funnel for upsells, using

affiliates, building a list and mailing promos to that list can easily easily bring

anyone $2,000 a month in 45 days. It’s a rinse and repeat job, which gets

easier the larger your list gets.

Quite honestly after a few months working at it I think you’d struggle to

produce LESS than two grand, and I don’t say that lightly.

You’re going to need to put the work in though, and accept that there’s a

learning curve but we’re all grownups here so you already knew that right?

But why not go that step further?

Creating WSO’s isn’t a full-time job in itself, so why not spend some time

putting together a continuity program of your own and using the WSO to

funnel customers into it (that’s exactly what I’m doing)

And to build your list? (that’s exactly what I’m doing)

And build a tweaked and tested sales funnel and then pour your new WSO

traffic into that (that’s exactly what I’m doing)

..and then upsell them to your personal coaching program (that’s exactly what

I’m doing!)

You get the picture. You won’t have all the above in place.

But by using the WSO phenomenon to take the pressure off yourself financially

as well as in terms of list building and finding affiliates, you can build yourself a

REAL online business.

The beauty is that this will work in ANY niche. If you’re into software then

focus your WSO’s, products, continuity, list and coaching around software.

Or WordPress or dog training or weight loss.

Look – a lot of people are going to be left HIGH and DRY if the WSO thing folds

at some point in the future because they’re putting all their eggs in one basket.

Shit happens.

Things change very quickly online.

A lot of people I knew well went under when eBay stopped allowing people to

sell digital downloads.

You’ve maybe seen it yourself with the Google Panda thing. Or AdSense

changing dramatically a few years back.

My guess is that one way or the other, the Warrior Special Offer thing isn’t

sustainable at its current rate.

So USE IT now to build your business.

Use what it can provide you with to build a real business that is self-sustaining

whether the WSO thing continues or it doesn’t.
