Responsible for 1,050 non-union employees and $35MM in payroll for Wisconsin, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Ohio. Oversaw all HR activities including employee relations, legal, benefits, compensation and policy administration. Supervised and mentored staff of 7 HR professionals.

Reduced outside talent acquisition costs over $100K annually by training and using internal staff. Implemented two benefit conversions containing benefit costs and keeping benefits intact.
