The one thing many people are struggeling with is how to actually build a team!

Very good question and guess what, I have the perfect answer for you!

Building a team is really important if you are in the network marketing business, or any business at all.

So what should you do to generate team members and to make them stay and that they love being with you?

Easy.

First of all, if you want to attract team members from all over the world, that don’t even know you, you need to take care on some things.

How you present yourself on the internet.

Make sure that people have the chance to get to know you anywhere on the internet.

so you should definitely have a facebook, instagram, twitter and maybe also a google+ account. If you find even more social medias that you like, good for you!

Then you have to make sure that you post daily and get your profile up-to-date.

Post a video, a picture, a status update, a quote, …

You can also include your followers with asking them questions, make a ranking with whatever you want or ask them for help.

If you post every day something helpful, an interesting content, people will love reading your latest posts and they will wait for a new one.

Often people start to identify with you, if you share your story and show them more of your life.

If so, they often burn to work with you. They will hand you their credit card over and say: “I wanna work with you not matter what. What do I have to do?”

Perfect for you, and good for you to see that you made everything right! :)

This is the first step to attract new team members.

That point where they are already in your team, make sure to take care on them.

Don’t try to help them and give them tons of information.

They might get annoyed and will quit working with you.

Let them choose on their own when they get started and how many information they want.

So make a nice welcome mail, give them some value and let them decide on their own how many information they want and need.

Don’t be to conservative and don’t notice them at all, they should still have that feeling of a team and that you are all in this together and that you support each other if they want.

Tell them every time you contact them that you are always there to help them, they just need to ask.

The last thing might be that you give your team members the chance to connect with each other and to exchange some information and tips.

People will love being a part of community where everyone has the same vision and they are going through all this together.

So maybe you are going to create a facebook group :)

You should plan some events, maybe 3 every year in big citys that people have the chance to get to those.

On these events you should teach them things from face to face, people will love those events or meetings, however you wanna call them.. They can ask you directly questions if they can’t follow you. People need to love being in your team, so give them the chance to be how they are and don’t try to change them if they don’t want a transformation.
