the paleo diet contains “primal” foods: meat

fish

vegetables

eggs

fruits

nuts* & seeds

*peanuts are not nuts. they’re beans. who knew?!

easy enough, right?

cavemen didn’t eat:grains

(bread, pasta, creal, cake, crackers, pastries)legumes

(potatoes, peanuts, soy beans, lentils, peas)sugar

(the source of all happiness)

but they say that eating “real Food” changes your energy levels completely.

but it could be an exciting challenge.

it isn’t easy.

most importantly, the reward isn’t some stupid medal you wear around your neck
