Section 3: Quality Systems

Supplier management and after sales services are available. Quality is monitored on all relevant line operations. QA/QC inspectors are independent of production. Mr. Nong Ming Chan / Quality Manager reports to Mr. Cheng Ji Ping / General Manager. There are 3 QC operators at the factory. There are designated production line inspection / test areas. Based on observation on site, inspectors conducted spot-checking in accordance with specifications during In-process

and Final inspection. For finished product inspection, the sampling plan was based on MIL-STD-105E, Level II, CRI(0),MAJ(1.5), MIN(4.0).

Rejected pieces are 100% re-inspected by inspector after repair.
