• In 2010 85% of Capgemini Consulting’s new hires had a profile
on LinkedIn.
• The main focus for recruitment in 2011 would be “Digital
Transformation” consultants.
• The recruitment team all had LinkedIn profiles but lacked
experience with Internet research and Social Media.
• There were consultants in the business making use of tools
like LinkedIn, Twitter and blogging already.
• Capgemini has one of the largest Yammer networks in the
world with over 30k members.
