Difference between a qualitative and quantitative research

A qualitative questionnaire will have open ended questions where the questions are asked and they can write what ever they want.

A quantitative questionnaire uses structured questions where you have to chose an answer for the list or chose on a scale from for example strongly agree to strongly disagree

Which one I’ve used

I’ve used a quantitative questionnaire as my questions are structured and the people answering the question have to choose from a list. For example, for the name they need to choose one out of Granite Fist, Runaway and Disorder.
