Sketch Book Assignments 2014 :
You will be keeping a sketchbook for the entire year. This sketchbook will be a series of drawings and mixed media pieces. Each one should be considered a complete art piece. These assignments are designed as a challenge that could go in a college portfolio.Every sketchbook assignment should reflect 60 minutes of drawing work. Fill one entire page in your sketchbook. Always be thinking about composition and the negative spaces around your image. Sketchbook assignments are for drawing practice, experience in designing a page, and exercising your personal creativity. One sketchbook assignment is due every week in order. Unlabeled work will result in a zero. # DUE DATE: SKETCHBOOK ASSIGNMENTS______________ #1 9/19 Draw the flower arrangement on your table as realistically as YOU can! Add as much detail, texture, and value as you can. Drawing pencils only! This Image will be used other sketchbook assignments. #2 10/3 Subtract: Working from last weeks image, simplify,
