Our honey (Mel) comes from Mexico & Nicaragua, where the

The Organic Berry Complex with Antioxidant Acai

Serves 2 - 4

1 Teaspoon Organic Berry Complex 100ml Unsweetened Greek yoghurt

1/2 punnet blueberries 1 banana

1/2 pineapple 1 heaped teaspoon coconut oil

4 dessert spoons chia seeds 400mls water 1 vanilla pod

Blitz all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Enjoy! x

1 cup almonds 4 tablespoons chia

4 tablespoons desiccated coconut 4 tablespoons cacao 4 tablespoons goji

10 rehydrated figs or dates 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Soak the almonds in water overnight, shell, dry & grind Chop the figs roughly

Add all ingredients to your food processor & blend until smooth and sticky.

Roll into any size balls you want & dust with cacao powder. Enjoy!

Makes approx 20 small balls, keeps one week in the fridge.
