Metal Roofing System TrainingMetal Roofing System Training programs are hosted to bring contractors the knowledge of Conklin’s Metal Roofing (MR®) System. Longtime Preferred Contractors and Conklin Roofing Systems staff will provide those attending Metal Roofing System Training with a wealth of knowledge and experience on Conklin’s MR System products and business practices.
Benefits of this training:• Provides an overview of how to get started as a Conklin contractor.• Introduces new contractors to the Conklin MR® System.• Teaches how to make sales calls, successfully quote a roof, and then
present the proposal.• Provides strategies on working with building owners.• Covers the application of a Conklin MR® System.
Completion of Conklin Metal Roofing System Training allows contractors to provide a Material Warranty on the Conklin MR® System and take advantage of the volume discount on products used in a metal roof application.

Metal Roofing System TrainingWhen: June 25, 2020 On-site check in begins at 7:30 a.m. The program begins at 8:00 a.m. and will conclude by 5:00 p.m.

All Standard Contractor and Premier Contractor training packages include one (1) night of lodging for Metal Roofing System Training. Additional nights at the Embassy Suites Kansas City Airport are $101 a night, plus tax.

Conklin Metal Roofing System Training is hosted to bring contractors the knowledge of Conklin’s Metal Roofing (MR®) System. You must be a Conklin Distributor to attend Metal Roofing System Training.
Wholesale Account Packages Purchased PRIOR to January 1, 2020 Must be pre-purchased with a Conklin wholesale contract prior to registering for training:
• $799 Standard Contractor • $1,199 Premier ContractorInclusions: This program is for ONE person only and includes training materials, lunch, and breaks throughout. Lodging is NOT included. A package of sales and promotional materials with a value of $100 will be provided to each first-time attendee upon completion of this training. By successfully completing this one-day training, the account holder will recieve the Metal Roofing System Training credit. Those account holder who have completed Metal Roofing System Training in conjunction with Conklin Business Seminar will receive a 3% discount off of wholesale pricing on all Conklin Roofing Systems (with the exception of acrylic products). This discount will remain valid until an account holder becomes commission eligible OR completes the Advanced Roofing Systems Training. All training credits are available to use wihtin 24 months of contract date.

Full Pay ($595) This registration type is for those who do NOT have a Conklin wholesale contract that includes the Metal Roofing System Training credit or if the training credit has expired. Inclusions: This programs is for ONE person only and includes training materials, lunch, and breaks throughout. Lodging is NOT included. A package of sales and promotional materials with a value of $100 will be provided to each first-time attendee upon completion of this training. By successfully completing this one-day training, the account holder will recieve the Metal Roofing System Training credit. Those account holder who have completed Metal Roofing System Training in conjunction with Conklin Business Seminar will receive a 3% discount off of wholesale pricing on all Conklin Roofing Systems (with the exception of acrylic products). This discount will remain valid until an account holder becomes commission eligible OR completes the Advanced Roofing Systems Training. Full Pay ($300) This registration type is for those who is NOT a Conklin Independent Distributor or account holder with Conklin and is attending with a contractor as part of his/her crew. Inclusions: This programs is for ONE person only and includes training materials, lunch, and breaks throughout. Lodging is NOT included. Crew members have the opportunity to become a Conklin Distributor within five (5) business days of training. The wholesale package contract will be paid in full and the new account will receive credit for attending the Metal Roofing System Training. After the upgrade is complete, the crew member fee will be refunded in full.
