WALT share amounts
Sharing is when we give things out equally. If you were sharing sweets with your family, you wouldn’t want to have less than everybody else, so we have to make sure it is equal.
This symbol means ‘shared by’ but you may also have heard it called ‘divided by’.

Today is World Environment Day
We celebrate today to recognise the importance of looking after the world we live in.
Pollution - This is what we call pieces of rubbish that shouldn’t be there, which is harmful to the environment.
This whale died because rubbish that isn’t recycled or put into landfill ends up in the ocean. Animals such as this blue whale see the rubbish and eat it because they think it is food. Because they cannot digest this pollution, it can make them very sick or in some cases can kill them.
Topic – Friday
To help look after our world and remove as much pollution as possible could you:1. Recycle pieces of unwanted rubbish?
