http://www.warriorforum.com/.

More importantly, there is a section in the Warrior Forum called Warrior Special Offers (referred to as

WSOs from here on out). It's athttp://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-special-offers-forum/

This presents a rare opportunity where traffic is easy to get. And people go to that section looking to buy

stuff. Hundreds, if not thousands of visitors are browsing the WSO section at any time, at any point in

the day.

It only costs $40 to run a Warrior Forum Special Offer. It's easy to recoup your costs if you do it right.

You can turn an immediate profit and build a list so you can make money immediately from your WSO

and also profit in the long run from the buyers list you build from your sales.

You must sell a product that you created yourself. You must give a "better than public offer" in terms of

price for your WSO. You must wait until your WSO gets to page 3 before you "bump it" back to page 1.

Your Special Offer

Offering a special price is easy. You can do it one of two ways:

1. Do a "pre-public" launch. Example: "When this goes live to the public it will be $47 but before it

does you can get it as a WSO for just $17 until [insert expiration date]."

2. You set up a sales letter on the Internet with the regular price, and then put a link in your WSO

to prove that the regular price is higher than your WSO price.

How do you set up and run a WSO? Simple. You go to the WSO section and click "new thread". Then

post your WSO. Then wait for a moderator to approve it. This typically takes about 24 hours though it

can vary depending on how many other WSOs were created when you created yours.

Once you get approval, you will be sent a private message on the Warrior Forum with a payment link.

Click on that link and make your payment (checkout process is through PayPal). As soon as your

payment is received, your WSO will be live and ready to make sales.

That's the basics. Now let's talk about running WSO's that have the highest likelihood of making you

some money!

It Starts With Knowing the Marketplace The average warrior who purchases something from the Warrior Forum is an interesting creature. They

are not your average “Internet marketer, and therefore you can't appeal to them the same way. They

have different needs, demands, "hot buttons" and other buying criteria that you must know before you

run your WSO.

Let me give you a snapshot of what the average warrior who is purchasing a WSO wants:

Price Sensitivity - While every consumer is price sensitive, this is doubly true for those who buy WSOs. I

have found it very hard to make money with anything over $27. I typically make the most sales for

products priced around $12.

The reason: unlike a regular sales environment, your WSO is listed along with hundreds of offers

presenting other options for a buyer. Because of this competitive environment, buyers are much more

likely to go "deal shopping". Plus, the whole premise of a WSO is price-based (it has to be a special

price). So why fight it? Plan on running things that are priced at less than $27.

Social Proof - Remember, you are running an offer on a forum. A forum is, by nature, social. This ain't

your regular sales letter. People are more persuaded to purchase based on the reviews from other

warriors, more so than from your sales copy. They know that the reviews are, for the most part,

unbiased and authentic.

Support - For good or bad, warriors expect you to respond to their private messages that they send you

and also to answer their questions that they post in your WSO thread. Sometimes I think they expect too

much but it is what it is. So be prepared to be active with answering your private messages regarding

your WSOs, and to be responsive in the thread itself.

Intelligence -Typical marketing "tricks" and tactics are not as effective in the Warrior Forum as they are

with a traditional long form sales letter. While false scarcity is always dumb to use when selling

anything, that tactic will absolutely backfire when running a WSO. People who buy WSOs are not stupid,

so don't insult their intelligence with marketing hype, half-truths, and trickery.

The bottom line: people who buy WSOs don't want to spend a whole lot, want to see

feedback from other purchasers first, want to have the reassurance of your support in

answering their PMs and responding to their thread posts, and want a more straight

forward "here's what you get and here's why it's a good deal" approach.

We will give them that and be rewarded for it.

Topics That Are Hot Proven Sellers One of the most critical factors to your success is the topic (or sub-niche) your product is based around.

For example, something that will flop miserably is selling a product on "how to home school your child".

People on the Warrior Forum want to make money. With that said, there are certain areas about

"money making" they prefer over others.

Stuff that works real well typically deals with:

Traffic - Got a powerful traffic method with some proof to back it up? Bingo - you

have a winner.

List Building - Can you show powerful proof on how you built a list? If so, you

have a winner.

Offline Consulting - Specifically how to get new clients cheap or for free without

cold calling. Also, done for your stuff such as postcards they can send out, reports

and websites they can buy from you and rebrand, etc.

Zero to [big figure] in [short amount of time] - As long as you have proof to

substantiate your claims, you're gold with this one. Especially if you sell it at a

low price and use it more as a list builder than as a front end profit machine.

Amazon Affiliate Marketing - This is sexier than ClickBank right now, and has a

lot of new marketing potential.

Private Label Rights - Offering products/sales letters/membership

sites/websites/free reports/etc. that people can rebrand and put their own name

on will do well for you.

Making Money in the [insert a niche] - For example "make money promoting

video games" or "make money in the travel niche”. These work because it's

specific as opposed to general make money stuff. Therefore they get more views,

which can lead to more sales.

Seasonal Stuff - Is Christmas coming up? Could you sell PLR for different

Christmas content that people could use to take advantage and profit from this

season? If so, you’ve got a winner. Seasonal products do well for the same

reason "make money in a specific niche" products do well.

Done For You Niche Research - One of the most challenging aspects of making

money online for most people is selecting a niche. If you can sell a list of hot

niches where you've done the research already and can give keyword lists,

popular affiliate products to promote in that niche, and other tools, you can do

very well.

We've discussed what does work. Equally important is to talk about what doesn't work.

What Doesn't Work Well

MOST Services - Article writing is hard because so many people do it for so cheap in the WSO forum.

Plus, if you're so good why do need to advertise your services? Your positioning kind of sucks. Besides

article writing, video creation services, web design, banner ad design and writing sales letters are hard

to sell. Much easier to sell a product than a service.

Hot tip: If you are still considering offering a service then do a search in the WSO

section for the keyword of that service... And look at past WSOs run by other service

providers for that service. Gauge the responsiveness of the market to those

servicesand then use that to determine if you want to make a go at it.

Mindset Stuff - Things like getting rid of procrastination, being more confident, and so forth usually flop

miserably. This stuff is called "soft content". That means it's not easy to justify a tangible return on

investment to the buyer. Whereas if I showed you how to build a list of 1000 people in seven days with

free traffic generation tactics and only asked for $7 to buy it... It's easy to justify that you will make

multiples of that back when you benefit from my guide. However getting "rid of procrastination" is a bit

of a stretch to justifying that the person will make hard, tangible money as a direct result.

Sure, as an indirect result you can make that argument. But by being indirect, you’ve already lost them.

So selling mindset stuff is like fighting an uphill battle.

Free Reports - Yes, believe it or not in general giving away something for free works against you when

running a WSO. Think about it: people come to buy stuff in the WSO section. Therefore you should sell

them stuff, not give them stuff for free. Most people will download your report quickly and never even

look at it because they're still browsing the WSO forum looking for something to buy.

Persuasion/Story Telling/Technical Stuff - These are all things that will help the user become more

technically proficient at a certain skill that can help them eventually make more money... This is why

these things are hard to sell. Would you rather learn how to improve your story telling or discover a

new traffic source to get 300 visitors to your website tomorrow? People want immediate results, not

skills that take a long time to develop that, while valuable, won't return a tangible result for a while.

Of course there are exceptions to every rule. I've just given you some guidelines to follow. When in

doubt, do a search in the Warrior Special Offer Forum for the topic you're considering running a WSO

for. See how many replies each thread on that topic got. See the type of replies that people were

making. Look for specific methods and approaches that seemed to work well.

Then you can model your WSO after the good ideas you get, and also position it to handle all the

questions that people kept asking over and over again in the threads you researched.

Writing Your WSO Title Take a look at the following screen shot of some offers from the first page of the WSO forum.

Which ones immediately grab your attentions with just a quick glance?

Answer: the ones with the shortest titles and the ones that have multiple pages of results e.g. (1 2 3 ....

Last Page) in the thread title.

Short titles will typically get more views than long titles. The reason - most people running WSOs have

really long titles. Simply by doing the opposite of the majority, your WSO title stands out.

It's better to go short than long if possible. For example take a look at "465 dollars in 4 hours? No way?".

See how many replies and views that thread has gotten? Of course, the topic is right - people always

want to make money quick. But equally important is that the thread has a real short title. Plus it's also

bolded.

Of course, it also helps you get more attention if you have more than a page full of replies. We'll discuss

that in a later chapter.

Let's focus more on short titles. Say you had a product on how you made over $4,021 in 3 weeks on

CraigsList while only putting in about 3 hours a day. A decent thread title would be "How to Make 4,021

dollars on CraigsList in Just 3 Weeks While Only Working 3 Hours a Day". That would do okay.

Better would be : "191 Dollars a Day on CraigsList. 3 Hours..."

Let's take some of the examples from the list above and make them better.

Other Best Practices

Besides being short and punchy, what else makes a good title?

Calling out your crowd by name. Here's what I mean - notice how I reduced the [FREE WSO] Get Your

FREE Turnkey Listbuilding System PLUS A Squeeze Page That Converts at 56%! to Free WSO On List

Building [includes templates, 56%+ conversions]

Both headlines call out those who are interested in listbuilding. However, in the first one "listbuilding"

kind of gets lost in the mix doesn't it? In the rewrite, it's much easier to spot.

The reason you can make your titles short and punchy is because you're going to call out specific sub-

segments by name.

Again, take a look above at the Amazon example that I rewrote. Why'd I not mention the 1 on 1

coaching in my rewrite? Well, they'll discover that when they open the thread. But all my title is doing is

calling out people who are interested in making money on Amazon and giving them a simple benefit

(immediate cash) to compel them to click on the thread to read more.

Notice the rewrite on the Daily Seminar PLR? See how I changed it to "IM PLR" at the beginning of the

title. I'm calling out the people who are looking for PLR (private label rights) on Internet marketing.

The Subset

Keep in mind there are several different specific subjects that appeal to subsets of the Warrior Forum

Special Offer buyers. Instead of trying to appeal to all buyers - when possible - appeal to a specific

subset.

This will give you a much greater chance of success, since your message is much more targeted... And

because it allows you to create short, punchy WSO titles.

What else? Quick social proof in your title helps a lot. Notice this title:Immediate Cash with Amazon?

40+ warriors reviewed...

The "40+ warriors reviewed" is the social proof. What you can do is, once you get some reviews pouring

in, go back and edit the title of your WSO and update the number of reviews. Simple.

One thing I see people using who try to capitalize on social proof and fail is when they put this in their

title: [rave reviews].

Sheesh. It probably worked the first time someone did it. And the second, third and fourth time. But

now, since everybody puts it in their title, WSO buyers have grown immune to it. It's just hype now.

Better is being specific anyway, such as "40+ reviews". Or even [check reviews #3, #6 & #7] in your title.

Moving on.

Questions?

Putting big claims in your titles can help. However, if you make a big claim in your title, you should put

some sort of promise of proof next to it. Unfortunately, because we want to keep our titles short, it's

hard.

That's why you noticed that I rewrote some of those titles and put question marks at the end.... Like

with "Immediate Cash with Amazon?".

The question mark is basically telling the reader to look inside and see for themselves if this is true.

"Immediate Cash with Amazon" sounds like hype. But add a question mark to the end of it and it sounds

like the truth of whether it's possible or not will be revealed.

The question mark also helps to shorten your title another way. Compare this: "Is it possible to make

$700 in one day with Twitter from scratch?" to " $700 from Twitter Tomorrow?". See how the question

mark allows me to completely get rid of the "is it possible to make".

Proof Inside

Another way to go about this is to simply add [proof inside] to your title.

Here’s something else you can do to punch up your headlines. If you run your WSO and sell 107 copies

the first time you run it, then bump your WSO, and edit your title to add [107 copies sold] at the end of

it. This method works real great for inexpensive WSOs.

On the flip side, putting scarcity in your headline is usually a waste of space. Things like "only 60 copies

will be sold" usually are better left off the title.

Now, don't get me wrong - scarcity is a powerful persuasion element. So yeah, I'd mention it right at the

top of my WSO once they opened it... But think about it. Is scarcity a real powerful motivator to get them

to open your thread? Not really since they can probably scan down the titles and find another similar

WSO in seconds that is along the same topic.

Therefore, in most cases, it's better to leave scarcity out of the title completely.

Writing Your WSO Copy In general, long form sales letters outpull short form sales letters... Especially when selling digital

information products.

With the Warrior Forum, you want "mid-form" copy. The typical sweet spot is about 1200 to 1600

words. Not too long, not too short. It's typically shorter than your average Internet marketing sales

letter though.

Why shorter? A few reasons:

1. You're leveraging social interaction as a sales tool because you're running your offer on a

forum.(Unsolicited honest feedback is more important than sales copy.)

2. You're in a marketplace, where people are looking to buy stuff. (Thus, it's more of a game of

"here's why you should buy my WSO instead of another one”, than leading them from the

traditional attention, interest, desire, or action formula.)

3. You're perceivedas being easier to get in touch with, so there is less fear of "what happens if I

buy and I get a pile of crap... or worse... nothing at all?" So there's less resistance toward making

the sale.

4. You're right alongside a whole list of other offers... Therefore your audience’s already limited

attention span is even more limited... So get right to the point!

Editing For Success

Now I want to show you a tool that can become one of your best sales agents. It's called the edit button.

It's at the bottom of every post you make and it looks like this:

You can... And should... Edit your WSOs. Specifically like this: whenever you get a positive review, put it

at the top of your WSO!

Here's where most people mess up when running a WSO. It's different than a regular sales letter. In

most cases, on a regular sales letter it's not a good idea to put testimonials right at the top... Because

you first have to "warm them up to buying" before you sell them something.

But remember, there is no warming up in the WSO section - people go there to buy stuff. They just want

a few things:

1. Something that aligns with their interests.

2. Something that is ideally inexpensive.

3. Something that they strongly believe will be a good deal for them if they purchase.

Number 3 is so important, and posting the reviews in your thread right at the top goes along ways to

accomplishing it. True, they can scroll down and read the replies themselves... But why not make it

easier for them?

Let me show you an example I just came across this morning:

As you can see on the right, here is

a guy running a WSO who gets it.

He has reviews that fill up the first

12 pages of the WSO special offer.

Heck, I couldn't even do a screen

shot that even begins to show all

the reviews because there were so

many!

Is this too much? Perhaps. But I'd

rather err on the side of too much

instead of too little.

Here's an extra tip for you though:

do some editing of the reviews that

you quote. Take the single best 1-3

paragraphs and quote that for each

review...

That way you can really pile up one

review after another, and still make

them inviting for the user to read.

Remember when I said the WSO copy should be short? Well that is stuff you write. Testimonials/reviews

are another matter, since others write those.

But as far as what you write, you want to keep it between 1200 to 1600 words in general.

And what is the best way to write?

Here's theWSO Copy Formula:

1. Start with a promise of big benefit and big proof element (if you have proof).

2. Trigger sign up urgency.

3. Quickly summarize the offer.

4. List bullet points of key benefits.

5. Add More Proof (optional).

6. Explain why you're running this as a WSO (optional).

7. Explain how to contact you with questions.

8. Mention the money back guarantee.

9. Sprinkle "buy now buttons" throughout the copy.

10. Edit later to add a "frequently asked questions" section.

Let me explain each step in more detail.

Start with a promise of big benefit

This is where you "pay off" your title. Let me give you an example. If my title was "IM PLR on List

Building. Only $4 for Now" this is how I'd open my WSO copy:

“I'd like to hand you a proven converting business complete with products, squeeze pages, sales letters,

autoresponder emails and more. As you can see in the screen shot below, just one of the products

converts at 6.3% to general Internet marketing traffic.

It's easy to make money with this special offer - just sign up and download it instantly. Follow the three

minute instructions on how to upload it and drive traffic to it... Then sit back and rake in the dough."

Then I'd show them a screen shot of the proof of the converting offer, and put in the first "buy now"

button directly under the pic.

See how I immediately expanded on the headline with a powerful promise of benefit... Tied it to a proof

element... Then did an immediate call to action to buy? That's how you do it. Even better, after I get

some feedback, I'll put that above the opening paragraph to make the WSO copy even stronger.

Let me explain to you a real neat way to build immediate sales and get immediate positive feedback on

your WSOs. The secret? Using tiered pricing... Here's what I mean.

Let's continue with the example above.

“If you're one of the first 10 to sign up today, then you will lock yourself in at the rock bottom WSO price

of just $4. After the first 10 warriors buy, then the price will go up to $9 for the next 15 buyers. After that

it goes to $17 for the next 15 buyers and finally it will be $27 for the final 25 buyers. Then this WSO will

be closed forever! So sign up right now. The current price is..."

Then I'd list the current price with a buy now button underneath it. This will get some immediate activity

on your WSO. Either people will buy right away to get the best deal, or they'll be compelled to ask

questions right away which will get you replies and make your WSO all the more attractive because of all

the activity that is going on.

After you make the first 10 sales, then you go back and edit your WSO so it'd look something like this:

First 10 buyers $4

Next 15 buyers $9

Next 15 buyers $17

CURRENT PRICE: $9 (only 4 spots left at this price!)

That way at a glance people would know what price it currently is at, and also how many more copies

are left available at that price. They'll already know if they missed the previous price, and what price

they will pay later if they miss the current price.

This will keep the urgency going throughout your whole launch. It should ramp your conversions up too,

so you can possibly be in a position to get "Featured WSO" which can send sales through the roof. More

on that later.

There are other ways to get urgency besides using tiered pricing based on units sold. You can do a price

increase on a certain date, a limited amount sold and so on. Just remember you must put some sort of

urgency in place, and then mention it very early in your WSO copy.

Now let's move onto the next step.

Quickly Summarize the Offer

Here is where you tell them everything they get. It's pretty simple but let me give you an example just so

you can see it in action. Let's build off the previous IM PLR offer we've been using.

“When you sign up today to claim your instantly downloadable WSO, here's everything you get:

1. PLR rights to "Undercover List Building Secrets" a 37 page eBook about list building. My research

has proven that list building products are the hot thing to sell right now in Internet marketing.

2. PLR rights to "Memberships Made Simple" a 7 part MP3 audio series that runs just under 59

minutes in length. Membership sites are one of the hottest topics right now to sell, and this is a

proven winner.

Okay, see what I did? I quickly listed everything they get when they sign up today. If it was an

information product instead of a PLR product, then I'd list the information product as well as the

bonuses (if any) that were included in it, and write up a one paragraph description for each.

Then after summarizing the offer, I'd thrown in a buy now button, along with the tiered pricing

explanation. It's literally just a copy and paste of the previous buy now button.

After summarizing the offer, then we make a bullet point list of benefits. If it's a product, then it'd look

something like what's on the next page:

The ideal amount of bullet points is between 10-15. If you need help with bullet points go to

http://jmflad.com/look at some of my sales letters, and just model your bullet points after mine.

If it's a PLR product, then you'd do something like this:

Set up an affiliate program for any of these three products and have others drive traffic for you!

Chop up these PLR products and turn them into a membership site for easy, passive income.

Repurpose the content into your own autoresponder series or blog posts so you can make

additional money and get more traffic easily.

etc…

Same thing with a service. Just write out 10-15 bullet points with benefits and you're good to go. After

you list out all your bullet points, then copy and paste your same call to action that you've used after the

previous sections.

Then move onto the next section...

Add More Proof

If you have more proof add it here. This includes adding more testimonials that you haven't used at the

top of your WSO, as well as screenshots of earnings, facts and statistics, and more. Then move onto the

next section.

Explain Why This Is A WSO

In this section you mention why they're getting a special offer and why you're running it as a WSO. Here

are some examples of how you can do this:

1. I wanted to launch this to warriors first before we roll it out to the public and push it hard with

affiliates. When we do make it live to the public it will be $47, but since you're a warrior and this

is a special offer, you can get it for just $12 if you are one of the next 7 buyers.

2. I plan on using the feedback here to add in even more value before we launch this to the public

at large. The good news is if you act today you are guaranteed all future updates for free. Also

you get the special "lowest price WSO offer" which is just $7 right now. When this goes public, I

will close this WSO and the price will be $77.

3. I want to give back to the Warrior Forum since it has given so much to me. If you click on the link

here to the sales letter, you'll see I sell this every day at $47. But if you're one of the next 9

warriors, you can get it for just $7. This offer is only available here on the Warrior Forum.

You get the point. You're simply explaining why they are getting a good deal for the WSO and ideally

why they should act now. After you explain your reason, then copy and paste your call to action to buy.

Now move onto the next step.

Explain How to Contact You With Questions

This final section is simple. Here's an example:

"I'm on the Warrior Forum frequently. While I can't promise an immediate response to any reply in this

thread or to any PM I receive... I can promise you that I will read and respond to them... Usually once or

twice a day. So if you have any questions please feel free to ask. Of course, it's best if you get this

immediately before the price goes up. So sign up, and then post any questions you have or send me a

PM. Thanks!"

Then of course, put your call to action underneath this (yes, just copy and paste the same one you've

been using.)

Now move onto the next section.

Mention Money Back Guarantee

Finally, explain that it comes with a risk free money back guarantee. Here's the one I like to use:

"Get this. Go through just the first 2 chapters. If you already don't feel like you've gotten ten times your

money's worth, then send me a private message and I'll refund your purchase. Better still, take a full 30

days to use and benefit from this. Then if for any reason - or no reason at all - you're unsatisfied, let me

know and I'll still return every penny of your purchase."

Then add your call to action.

For the final section, this is something you'll add later after you get feedback and you go and edit your

WSO.

"Frequently Asked Questions" Section

If you get a question you think is important that you failed to address in your WSO, simply put it in the

Frequently Asked Questions section at the end. Of course, do this as well if the same basic question is

asked by several people.

After you add your FAQ section at the end of your WSO, then go back and edit your "explain how to

contact section" to mention that if they have any questions they should read the FAQ below, and then if

their question still isn’t answered to send you a PM or post a response in the thread.

Of course you end your FAQ section with your final call to action (yep, still the same one we've been

copying and pasting the whole time!).

The Featured WSO Effect This is not required, but could be highly beneficial to you as a method to get extra mileage out of your

WSO.

Go to http://warriorplus.com/ - there you will notice some tools. One tool is WSO Pro. I recommend you

use this. At the time I write this report, the tool is only $19.

There are several reasons to use this tool. First it helps automate all your download deliveries to your

purchasers. It generates its own buy now button. It also will auto-update your buy now button price

when the price changes.

And most importantly, it tracks your stats.

Bumping WSOs Here's the smartest thing to do - always bump a WSO that's profitable. Even if it only makes you $1 in

profit. Heck, even if it breaks even you should still bump it, because you're building a list from every

buyer.

I can't tell you how many clients of mine say: "well Jason I only made $45 on my WSO - what a waste!".

That's silly. It takes you 3 minutes (or less!) to bump it. I'll trade 3 minutes of time for $45 and more list

subscribers any day of the week!

Creating Products If You Have No Proof The most important part of a WSO is not the profits you make from it. It's the list you build. Ideally you

have something that automatically adds buyers to your list as soon as they check out.

If not, then the next best thing is to put your opt-in form on the download page and make them sign up

to get free lifetime updates or the bonuses, or whatever.

The list is where it's at.

That's important when you understand some of the strategies I'm going to discuss with you now. A lot of

success with WSOs has to do with having compelling proof of your offer. If you don't have any powerful

proof of your own, that's okay - you leverage it from others.

Here's how.

You put together an interview product. You interview experts (you can find them right on the Warrior

Forum!) and then sell the interviews as a WSO.

Simply PM them and ask for an interview and when one of them says yes, do the interview. (You can use

freeconferencecall.com to record the call.) Then write up a WSO ad based on my formula and there you

go.

Do this over and over again to build a list and make sales on the backend through email marketing,

affiliate marketing and joint ventures.

The Signature File Tactic On the Warrior Forum, you're allowed to go into you profile and set up a "signature" which will show at

the bottom of every post.

One of the smartest things you can do is to link your signature to a WSO you have running. Here is an

example of a signature file that does this:

Think about it - what's the best place to take someone to if they're on the Warrior Forum? The answer -

to another part of the Warrior Forum. Much better than taking them to a website.

You want to mention the fact it's a WSO in your signature link like the example above.

The great thing about signature files is that, even if your WSO ends up on page 15, it can still make sales

for you because you have a signature file linking to it.

Of course, every time you add a new WSO, you should update your signature file.

Conclusion I have laid out everything you need to profit from running WSOs. From coming up with winning topics,

the best titles, the ad copy for the WSO and even for creating powerful products if you yourself don't

have any personal proof.

Now it's up to you to use these methods and benefit from them.

and it can do the same for you.

It comes down to running a lot of WSOs. The more the better. Keep bumping each one until it is no

longer profitable. For each new subscriber on your list, email them letting them know about your other

WSOs that you have running.

for and then email your list recruiting affiliates to promote your products. By doing this you can take

your business to the next level and beyond!
