We offer:• Conferencing facilities at four sites across Leeds

• A range of equipment (including digital cameras, Nintendo DSs or DSis) which can be booked with your session

• Refreshments and lunches can be booked for any time you like throughout your stay

• We are open for late bookings, Saturdays or Twilight sessions as well, just ask!

Training RoomsEach of the CLCs has a range of training suites with specialist equipment and software to suit your needs. From PCs to Macs, or specialist Design Technology, music rooms and breakout spaces.

We can also install additional software on computers, please contact us for more information.

Conference RoomsWe are confident you will find our conference facilities first-class. We are fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including a choice of: MAC or PC, DVD/VCR, SMARTBoard and multiple presentation formats.

We also have the latest video gaming consoles including the Nintendo Wii and XBOX, which may help on your team building days.

During your breaks you can relax in our modern delegate area, or perhaps, for those who like to keep busy, why not try our cyber café? Here you’ll find a number of computers, all with internet access. We are also able to offer clients free wi-fi connection on their laptops. Please contact our technical team for further information.

Meeting Rooms Our meeting rooms are perfect for smaller meetings, offering a quiet setting for interviews, one to one meetings or larger groups up to 14.

CateringCatering is available at all our of centres. You can help yourselves to tea, coffee and biscuits. If you’re on a full day conference you can enjoy a fantastic buffet lunch, offering a selection of fresh sandwiches and savouries as well as desserts and fresh fruit.

Recording Studios and Video Editing

Most of our centres have a recording studio and/or video editing suite which can be booked on request, subject to availability.

It is advised that you should consult with the centre’s multimedia co-ordinator before booking these rooms.

CLCs have a wide range of software available including the following. If you require a specific piece of software please inform us when you book.

The following charges are inclusive of ICT equipment such as projector, interactive whiteboard, and access to the internet. Ad-hoc technical support is free of charge throughout the day.

If you wish to book a specialist team member to support your session, (i.e. camera-man, photographer, dedicated technician) this comes at an additional cost. Please contact us to discuss availability and charges for this service.
