Why should I take

part?

PTES is your chance to tell us your

thoughts about your course.

The results help us

• compare how we are doing with other

institutions

• make changes that will improve what

we do in future

• keep doing the things that you value

This will help improve the experience of

students like you in the future.

Win £500!

For the first time in 2015, the University is

running a league table of response rates.

Schools with the highest response rates at

the end of the survey will win a cash prize for

their students to choose how to spend.

Two categories with two prizes available in

each:• subject areas with <100 students - £500 &

£250

• subject areas with 100 or more students -

£500 & £250

The more students who fill in the survey, the

more likely you are to win one of these cash

prizes!

What happens to

the results?

Your feedback is important. Over

one hundred universities and

colleges take part in PTES, which

means we can compare your

experience against similar

postgraduates at other institutions

to see if we are supporting your

learning as we should. We use the

findings to improve our courses

and the learning experience for

future students.

one will be able to identify you

from any results.

The survey also asks that any

comments you make should not
