Here you can see examples of graphcis I have created. In many of my classes we were required to not only think about the concept behind a piece of work but also execute that concept in a graphic manor. Each of these pieces were created for a class assignment, extracurricular activity or and internship project. All graphics were created in Adobe Illustrator.

Amarillo Area FoundationSocial Media Plan2012

This social media plan I created for the Amarillo Area Foundation was a year long plan in order to officialy launch the Foundation’s Social Media presence. Over the course of my internship I was charged with creating a social media plan, monitoring and updating the Foundation’s Facebook and giving updates to the Senior Staff of our progress. Since the Senior Staff was unfamilliar with Facebook Metrics, I created infographics each month to show our progress and how the metrics changed each month. Here you will see two examples of

campaigns I participated in concepting and pitched to potential clients. The Amarillo Bulls needed a soultion to draw both the college aged crowd and the hispanic population to their games. I was in charge of target market research and creative concepting. This campaign won the most creative presentation award. For Doritos, we were challenged with coming up with a campaign for the Doritos Crash the Superbowl competetion. Our team chose to target the millenial consumer and their love of music. Our campaign won for overall best creative concept.

You’re a cool bloke. You’re laid back and a chill guy. You don’t let the little things get you down. You need a chip just as mellow as you are. Doritos Cool Ranch is that chip. Click on the link below to listen to your mix, or the Cool Ranch bag to listen to other sweet beats. -Perrie

My Senior year at WTAMU I was a member of Buffalo Advertising, WT’s competetive advertisng team. We were challenged with raising awareness and consideration for Glidden Brilliance in Walmart. I was heavily involved in the research process of the team. My group was in charge of reaserching the young family demographic and at the end of the semester were required to submit our findings to the enitre Buffalo Advertisng team as well as multiple faculty members.

Alondra ArreolaDuring my time at WTAMU, I served as an officer for the Advertisng and Public Relations Society, which allowed me the opportunity to travel to Houston, TX and compete in the Hosuton AAF Advertising Competetion. During this competetion each student is put on a team with other students from different schools and are given only eight hours to complete a full campaign for the selected client. In both of these campaigns I acted as the Account Manager for my team as well as the Plans Book Coordinator for the Academy plans book.

Photography is something i’m very passionate about. I’ve been shooting all types of subjects and landscapes since I was about 16, and it’s something I’ve truely come to love over the past seven years. So much so that in college I decided to start my own business. Here you will see examples of some of my most recent work, as well as a business card I designed to hand out to clients. You can also click on the Facebook and Tumblr icons to take you to my photography pages.

I was a member of WTAMU’s yearbook staff throughout my undergraduate career. I started out as an unpaid photographer, and quickly worked my way up to paid staff. Each year I advanced through the rankings from Photographer, Assistant Editor and served a year and a half as Editor of the publication. The photos with the Eternal Flame logo are examples of my two favorite photographs I took during my time on staff.
