1970.

Our Production Facility is over 155,000 sq ft, located in Cincinnati, OH We have over 250 dedicated Employees working around the clock for

you Our Fulfillment Division has an additional 25,000 sq ft In 2007 we acquired World of Plastics, located in Hendersonville, TN.

This is our Plastic Distribution & Fabrication Division. 30,000 sq ft facility. In 2008 we acquired Advanced Digital Graphics, which we refer to as KDM

North, located in Columbus, OH. This allowed us to more than double our substantial Large Format Digital Division. 20,000 sq ft facility.

In 2008, we implemented KDM INTELLiTRAK, our Online Procurement and Project Management software.

Screen Printing: 4 and 5 color inline presses along with several large 1 color banner presses. 14 total

Large Format Offset Printing: 5 and 6 color UV on paper and plastics up to 44”x64”, conventional 1 and 2 color presses. 6 total

Large Format Digital Printing: direct-to-substrate, inkjet- both UV and solvent based, continuous tone photo & dye sublimation. 13 total

You can travel to one source for your press checks.

Our flexibility allows us to double and triple time your printing by spreading the job among presses. If our equipment has issues (yes, it happens!) we can move your job to other presses.

Custom Plastic Fabrication Solutions for Point-of-Purchase

Our Plastic Fabrication Division can design, develop and produce any size display, holder or doohickey from a single prototype to full production run

We can bend, form, glue, polish, bevel, drill, shear, route, die cut, assemble, package and sometimes even twist and shout!

We designed and produced 20 different tear pad holders that comprised 8,400 kits for a major discount store chain. That’s 171,000 custom gondola shelving displays.

KDM Fulfillment, our Warehousing and Distribution Division can sort, label and pack your complex or not so complex kits and distribute them from just one central Midwest location

No need to ship to a fulfillment house and then again onto your destination. That will increase your speed to market and provide cost savings on your nationwide campaigns

We look at your whole project, from end-to-end, and suggest cost saving options on the entire process: this includes the box size and the weight considerations. You won’t hear “boy, if only this sign was ¼” smaller we could have saved you booku in shipping costs”.

National Distribution

Problem: Dr. Pepper needed a faster and more economical way to ship their 7,226 monthly POP kits across the U.S.

KDM Solution: We are able to get 68% of their kits to the 226 sites in 1 day via UPS Ground vs. just 10% at their current Southwest vendor. It saves them a substantial amount in shipping costs- $73,560 per year!

KDM INTELLiTRAK

Online Procurement and Project Management With our KDM INTELLiTRAK software we can activate a web

based POP ordering and inventory system customized for you.

This site would allow individual locations to order entire kits suited to their profile or replacement pieces for current and past Sales Events.

You will have a complete online real time inventory system that is handled by our KDM Fulfillment Division.

KDM will upload tracking on each program online so stores can easily track their shipments

You will be able to control what is ordered and have back end reporting.

KDM INTELLiTRAK

Why our Online Procurement Solutions will be of value to you

Problem: Butterball needed a central location for all their POP, print materials, wearables and promotional products. With over 150 nationwide Sales Reps ordering this stuff, their challenge was how to oversee spending, track and manage who got what, and apply the 300 items that fall into 75 categories into the proper cost center. (sounds painful)

KDM Solution: With INTELLiTRAK, we were able to customize the ordering process for each Rep- according to their specific profile. Each Rep has a spending allowance within their line of business or cost center. The Corporate Office can control and track all orders. Butterball has over 300 people using the system.

Why our Green Solutions will be of value to you

Problem: A home improvement retailer was looking for a sustainable

option for their print run of 35 million outdoor plant identifier tags for

their garden centers.

KDM Solution: We pitched the idea of a recyclable .012 Eco-Green

material instead of Styrene. They were excited to learn that this 80%

clay, 20% poly blend would actually come in costing less without

sacrificing print quality and the outdoor stability was actually superior.

The material is more flexible, and it won’t yellow outdoors. It is

recyclable and if it did end up in a landfill- at least 80% will degrade.
