Comby Jigger HT

MCS JIGGERS are very versatile machines allowing reduced pro-cessing cycles at very low consumption values. Ideal machine forany woven fabric, MCS Jigger can work at low tension (down to 10KG) with fibres of different thickness. The High Temperaturemodels (CJ143, CPJ143), low temprature jiggers (MJ98, MDJ98)and special ones (CJ110, CPJ110) satisfy all possible requests of themarket as far as capacities and final use of the fabrics.

All models are available with roller width from 1800 to 4000 mm.

All models are built following the highest standards MCS, espe-cially the parts in contact with the bath and those under pressu-re, are made of steel AISI 316 L.

I JIGGER MCS são máquinas muito versáteis que permitemciclos de trabalho com tempos reduzidos e consumos razoá-veis. Adequados para cada tipo de fibra urdida, podem tra-balhar com tensões reduzidas até 10 Kg e trabalhar complena segurança fibras de variadas espessuras. Os modelopara alta temperatura (CJ143, CPJ 143), baixa temperatura(MJ98, MDJ98), e especiais (CJ110, CPJ110) permitem satisfa-zer todas as necessidades do mercado em relação as capaci-dades e as formas de utilização final.

Todos os modelos são disponíveis com largura de1800 a 4000mm.

Todos os modelos são construídos de acordo ás normas dequalidade da MCS e particularmente, todas as partes a con-tato com o banho e sob pressão são de aço inoxidável AISI316 L.

This system enables fabric speed and pull to be managedwithout the aid of sensitive systems used in the past such asload cells or external encoders.

Thus, the machine becomes much more reliable and itsperformance stability is much improved over time, alongwith easier use and maintenance for the operator.

Moreover, the use of this motor drive makes it possible torecover part of the energy generated by the driven rollerwhich works in braking mode in order to feed the drive rol-ler.

Due to this recovery a significant saving is obtained compa-red to traditional Jiggers where this generated current wasdispersed by a braking resistance.

Este sistema permite gerir velocidade e lançamento do tecidosem o auxílio de sistemas delicados utilizados no passado, comocélulas de carregamento ou codificadores externos.

Desta forma, a fiabilidade da máquina e a sua estabilidade emdesempenhos ao longo do tempo melhoram notavelmente, asse-gurando ao operador facilidade de utilização e manutenção.

Com a utilização desta motorização é também possível recuperarparte da energia gerada pelo cilindro de arrasto, que trabalha emfrenagem para alimentar o cilindro arrastador.

Graças a esta recuperação, obtém-se uma poupança significativaem relação aos jiggers tradicionais, onde esta corrente geradaandava dispersa por uma resistência de frenagem
