How We Work in CEE

• 4 Offices in CEE in Moscow, Warsaw and Prague/Budapest (14 People)

• EI operations driven by strategy and targets defined by the needs of Irish economy in general and Irish indigenous companies in particular

• Performance is measured – key metrics focus on volume of exports of indigenous companies (ABR) and new contracts signed

• Indicative Regional Targets for 2015:

• 120 New Client Export Contracts Signed• 10 High Potential Start-Up Reference Sales • 20 New In-Market Presences by EI Clients• 80 Inward Buyers to Ireland

• Scandinavian Markets are serviced by the Enterprise Ireland office in Stockholm
