A Bold New Approach to Renewable Energy

A U.S. based company headquarteredin Annapolis, Maryland.

Solar Wind Energy offers a bold newapproach to overcome the currentlimitations of other known alternativeenergy sources.

The United States and Other Nations areAggressively Pursuing Energy Independence

With Clean, Sustainable Energy Solutions

• We view ourselves as a hybrid solar/wind technology company, reflected in our name, Solar Wind Energy.

• The simplicity of our solution is comprised of harnessing thenatural power of a downdraft created when water isintroduced as a catalyst to hot dry air heated by the solar raysof the sun within the confines of our Solar Wind DowndraftTower structure.

Introduction

Page 5: Investor Presentation

The Principle• The Downdraft Tower is a hollow cylinder with a

water injection system near the top.

• Pumps deliver water to the Tower’s injection systemwhere a fine mist is cast across the entire opening.

• The water introduced by the injection systemevaporates and is absorbed by the hot dry air whichhas been heated by the solar rays of the sun.

• The air becomes cooler, denser and heavier than theoutside warmer air and falls through the cylinder atspeeds up to and in excess of 50 mph and is divertedinto wind tunnels surrounding the base of the Tower.

• Turbines inside the wind tunnels power generators toproduce electricity.

Technology - How the Solar Wind Energy Tower Works

Page 6: Investor Presentation

Environmental Aspects

• Generates clean, cost effective and

efficient electrical power.

• Avoids the adverse damaging effects of fossiland nuclear fuels and other know alternativepower sources.

• Operates 24/7 and can outperform solarcollectors that produce only when the sunshines in the daytime and wind turbines thatproduce only when the wind blows.

• Virtually no carbon footprint, fuelconsumption or waste production.

• Uses benevolent non-toxic natural elementsto generate electricity.

Global Energy Generation Calculator

The Company has developed a software based analytical program todetermine the energy generation capabilities of its Solar Wind DowndraftTowers based on the climate in geographic locations around the world.

• This essential tool applies “known” scientific meteorology data to pin-pointspecific weather conditions of a specific area to the Solar Wind Downdraft Tower’svariables in order to determine and project energy outputs on a daily basis.

• Solar Wind Energy can now rapidly respond to a request from virtually any countryreasonably suitable to host a project and determine specifically where the SolarWind Downdraft Tower should be located, the size of the Tower and the amount ofelectricity it can produce.

• This analytical tool, combined with our proprietary operating systems technologyand existing core patents, clearly provides the Company with a unique opportunityto allow global positioning of this alternative solution to the world’s energyneeds.

World Wide Production of Abundant, Clean, Affordable Energy

• SWET can now evaluate potential Energy Tower sites around the world and calculateand predict the shape and size of the Tower and the amount of electricity that can beproduced in any region.

• Design specifications for the first Downdraft Tower Project output capacity on anhourly basis, up to 1,250 megawatt hours, gross.

• Multiple Towers can be deployed in “Compounds” using the same cranes, water source, delivery, manufacturing and construction systems and labor forces.

• Height of the first Tower in Arizona has been set at 2,250 feet by utilizing EnergyGeneration software to calculate and predict energy production.

• The Towers are constructed in concrete which is readily available around the globe andthe internal working parts are all virtually “off the shelf” equipment.

• Cost of electricity from the Downdraft Energy Tower is approximately 1/3 of traditionalalternative energy sources.

• Tower life expectancy 50 years

OVERVIEW2013

Some of the best consultants in the world have been and continue to support SWET'sefforts to bring this first Downdraft Tower to market for example:

Whiting-Turner Contracting Company - A large major national contractor and construction managementorganization to assist us in project planning, advanced value engineering and budget and project scheduling.

Commonwealth Dynamics - A major international contractor specializing in the design and construction of tallreinforced concrete structures, will be prime sub-contractor for the tower structure.

Kroll Cranes S/A of Denmark - Has worked closely for over two years to create a tower crane system andequipment elevator lift system that would guarantee the construction of the Tower in a timely/predictablemanner.

Lead Consultants from Renowned Meteorological and Engineering Schools – Have researched and developed theprograms and algorithms needed to accurately measure the predictable wind speeds and internal pressurescreated within the Tower structure and the predictable power produced.

Milwaukee School of Engineering – Development of the mechanical operating systems for the hydraulic powertransmission systems and the water injection system

Holland & Knight LLC –International law firm has guided the company and advised on energy policy as well aspolitical policy since inception.

Intellectual Property

The Company has filed several patent applications with the U.S. Patent Office toprotect its technology including:

• “Efficient Energy Conversion Devices & Methods”- Patent # 8,120,191 ISSUED

Improved Wind Energy Power Transmission System - To more effectively transmit energyvia a multi-stage variable hydraulic drive system that operates efficiently through abroad range of wind & turbine speeds, and the use of multiple trailing turbines within awind tunnel.

• “Atmospheric Energy Extraction Devices & Methods”- Patent Allowance ISSUEDIncorporates the entire core Tower Structure, including the injection of moisture as acatalyst to generate the downdraft wind, and the additional exterior dual wind capturevanes.

• The Company has filed other Patent Applications that are pending

Business Model - Project Partnering

The Company’s business plan involves “partnering” with various entitiessuch as utilities, sovereign nations and independent power sources, toprovide the ability to bring this solution to the market as rapidly as possible.

• Each Solar Wind Downdraft Tower is its own independent project. SolarWind Energy’s involvement in each project is to facilitate the Tower’sdevelopment with its expertise and intellectual property.

• Solar Wind Energy will receive development fees, licensing fees, androyalties on power sales from each project and/or ownership interests.

Economic Benefits of the Tower

Economic Growth During Tower Construction PhaseSince the Downdraft Towers will be constructed using conventional materials, equipment and techniques, associated industries will benefit significantly by thecreation of the Tower (Towers).

Major Employment Opportunities

• Thousand of construction, transportation, and manufacturing jobs.

Ongoing Economic Stability

• 700 permanent jobs per Tower, skilled and professional
