One last year.Before you know it, high school will be done. But you can still make memories that one last year and Scheid Studios is in the business of making memories.

Scheid Studios is not a cookie cutter portrait studio, because every person is unique and deserves unique photos. Every session is a custom experience tailored to each client. Clothes, location, style...we’ll make sure your photos reflect your own individual personality.

Scheid Studios is dedicated to giving customer service that goes above and beyond most expectations. That’s why every senior session gets not only complimentary hair and makeup before the session, but a home visit from a personal stylist the week of their session to go over their outfits. We’re going to make sure you look your very best!

Welcome

BOOKING A SESSIONOnce you have decided to book Scheid Studios, we will immediately meet for a pre-consultation meeting. The meeting can be taken place via Skype, phone or in-person at your convenience. During the meeting we will talk about what direction you want for the session, what clothes and style you prefer and possible locations we can shoot at. We will also go over policies, products, and packages available. We can then schedule the time and place. At this point the deposit of $300 will be due. The $300 is non-refundable and will transfer as a print credit during the ordering session. In order to officially book the date, the deposit must be paid in full and the senior contract must be signed.

PERSONAL STYLISTAfter the pre-consultation meeting, Scheid Studios will immediately arrange for the personal stylist to contact the client. The stylist will then schedule a home visit with the client about a week before the photo session takes place. The stylist will go over the outfits the client has selected for the session and make suggestions or help finish the outfits to create a polished look that still reflect the personality of the client. Expect about an hour visit for this complimentary service.

HAIR AND MAKEUP ARTISTScheid Studios will also arrange for a complimentary hair and makeup session before the photo shoot. If the photo shoot is on location, the hair and makeup artist (HMUA) will meet the client at their home. Expect about 45 minutes to an hour for this session. Clients should have a clean face, free of any makeup and their hair should be dry (the HMUA will not do blow outs). The HMUA will need a table, chair for the client, access to an electric outlet and good lighting.

THE SESSIONThere is no limit to number of outfits or locations during the session, but keep in mind the session is two hours long so the more outfit changes or location changes, the less time we get to shoot. Don’t worry if you’re never modeled before, we will guide you every step of the way and we’ll make sure you will look your best.

THE ORDERING SESSIONAbout two weeks after the photo session, Scheid Studios will contact you for your ordering session. At this time we recommend all decision-makers be present as this is when you will be placing your order for prints and other products. The ordering session will take place at Scheid Studios. There will be about 20-30 edited images. There is no minimum order, but on average most clients spend about $1500. Scheid Studios accepts cash, checks and all major credit cards.
