Clients’ Testimonials

“We're proud to continue our commitment to the forces through our

partnership with ForceSelect. I would encourage more companies to work

with ForceSelect. Not only will they be supporting the armed forces, they

will also gain access to a wealth of fantastic talent that will stand their

business in good stead for many years to come."

Kevin Davies, Human Resources, Sainsbury's

"ForceSelect have worked with us effectively by taking the time to find out

about the UPS business and the values we hold. As a result the calibre of

candidate recruited by ForceSelect into the business has been superb."

Roger Mays, District Human Resources Director, UPS

"We needed reliable, competent and enthusiastic security staff and that’s

exactly what ForceSelect provided. I always know that my requirements

Training

ForceSelect recognised that re-training can and should be undertaken

prior to leaving the Armed Forces to ease the transition period for service

leavers

We arrange regular seminars before and during resettlement which

provide opportunities for clients and candidates to network and explore

opportunities

Optimal use of the MoD’s Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme (ELCs) and

Resettlement Grants

ForceSelect has a joint venture with Employment Skills Group (esg.) to

offer targeted training

Fulfilling Opportunity

ForceSelect aims to source and fill the best and most appropriate career

opportunities within UK businesses

The breadth of employment opportunities at all levels ensures that service

leavers do not suffer as a result of the misconception that security roles

are the only option when they leave the forces

With a fundamental ethos of finding second careers, rather than ‘jobs’ for

service leavers, ForceSelect helps to ensure that their broad range of

transferable skills is not wasted in civilian employment

servicemen and women and understand their roles, training and skills

Regular sector focused seminars give you the opportunity to:

Meet prospective candidates

Evaluate their calibre and suitability for your specific business needs
