self-contained semiaqueous cleaning system consists of six processing chambers, three ultrasonic chambers, two rinse chambers, and a water dis- placer rust inhibitor chamber. The ultrasonic chambers are equipped with heater system, filtration system, ultra- sonic generator, and low-level control device. The console has a rear chamber lip vent exhaust system to remove water vapor from surface of chambers. Sonicor systems include ultrasonic cleaning, rinsing, and drying with load and unload stations and automatic parts handling. To further enhance the systems, oil removal, and ultrafiltra- tion options are available to meet the needs of critical cleaning requirements and minimize waste disposal.
