Proizvodnja se realizira u četiri tehnološke cjeline. Feal u svom proizvodnom pogonu ima moderan pogon za pre-šanje profila. Prešanje se izvodi na tri preše instalirane

snage 14 MN, 18 MN, 25 MN i 35 MN. Vrhunsku kvalitetu proi-zvoda jamči kako najsuvremenija oprema, tako i visoko obučeni stručni kadar koji ga opslužuje.

TRUPAC Kao ulazna sirovina koriste se aluminijski trupci ø152 mm, ø178 mm, ø203 mm, ø254 mm i ø305 mm lijevani iz primar-nog aluminija legure obitelji 6000 sa garantiranim kemijskim sastavom.

PROIZVODNI CIKLUS ISPREŠAVANJAProizvodni ciklus isprešavanja može se podijeliti u nekoliko faza, koje se odvijaju na različitim strojevima, a svi oni skupa čine jednu liniju preše.

PEĆ ZA ZAGRIJAVANJEPeć za zagrijavanje trupca je iznutra obložena posebnim ma-terijalom, izrađenim tako da održava unutarnju temperaturu i izolira unutrašnjost peći od okoline. Peć za zagrijavanje trupca je podijeljena u nekoliko zona, od kojih se svaka može programi-rati na različite temperature.Točnost podešavanja temperature po zonama kontrolira se pomoću termo parova, koji periodično kontroliraju podešene temperature i uspoređuju ih sa zadanim temperaturama.

ODSIJECANJA TRUPCA U pripremi trupaca za prešanje koristi se tzv. giljotina (hot she-ar), koja ima brojne prednosti u odnosu na tradicionalne sustave za odsijecanje trupca:- kraće trajanje ciklusa rezanja 25-35 s, u odnosu na dvije minu-te kod uobičajenog načina rezanja, nema otpada piljenja;- bolje iskorištenje materijala, iz razloga što je moguće različito podešavati svaku dužinu kidanja što je naročito bitno kod ne-planiranih izmjena alata. Korištenjem ovog sustava iskorištava se čitava dužina trupca.

ALATIIzgled profila ovisi o alatu kroz koji se isprešava. U tvornici Feal postoji preko 7.000 različitih alata. Alati se tijekom prešanja mogu hladiti tekućim dušikom čime se postiže veća brzina preša-nja, bolji izgled površine profila i produljenje vijeka trajanja alata.

PREŠANJEPrešani profil izlazi na izlazni stol gdje ga prihvata sustav pu-lera, koji svojom konstrukcijom osigurava kontinuirano vo-đenje profila uzduž izlaznog stola i stola za hlađenje prilikom isprešavanja. Sustav za intenzivno hlađenje profila je smješten iznad i ispod izlaznog stola i uzduž transportnog stola koji je dvostruke dužine. Njegova osnovna namjena je hlađenje profila usmjerenom strujom zraka sa mogućnošću reguliranja intenzi-teta ohlađivanja i postizanja optimalnog stupnja ohlađivanja za različite aluminijske slitine. Ukoliko je potreban veći intenzitet ohlađivanja aluminijskih profila, koristi se ohlađivanje vodom tzv. vodenim valom (water wave) čime se postižu znatno veće brzine ohlađivanja profila, što je naročito bitno kod prešanja tvrđih slitina. Stol za hlađenje podijeljen je u nekoliko tempera-turnih zona i omogućava poprečno pomicanje isprešanih profila u odnosu na osu stola pomoću sustava beskonačnih remena, čime se eliminira mogućnost mehaničkog oštećenja profila u odnosu na tradicionalni (walking beam) način pomicanja. Mehaničko ravnanje profila se postiže na zatezalici, koja je u potpunosti automatizirana i opslužuje je samo jedan djelatnik uz korištenje video nadzora.

SIJEČENJE I SLAGANJE PROFILANakon zatezanja profili se režu na zadanu mjeru (au-tomatsko rezanje do dužine 13 metara) i dolaze na au-tomatsku slagalicu profila, kojom je omogućeno sla-ganje profila u korpe bez učešća fizičkog rada, čime se odbacuje mogućnost eventualnog oštećenja profila prili-kom rukovanja. Nakon slaganja profila u korpe transportni sustav pomiče korpe do automatske slagalice, koja slaže do če-tiri korpe jednu na drugu i transportira ih do peći za toplinsku obradu profila.

Production is implemented in four technological units. Feal in its production facility has a modern plant for pressing of profiles. Pressing is carried out on four presses with

installed power of 14 MN, 18 MN, 25 MN and 35 MN. The top- quality of products is guaranteed both by the most sophisticated equipment and by the expertly, highly trained and professional staff which handles it.

BILLETAs the raw entry material we use aluminium billets, diameter ø 152, ø 178, ø 203, ø 254, and ø 305mm cast out of primary aluminium, alloy, family 6000, of a guaranted chemical compo-sition.

PRODUCTION CYCLE OF PRESSING OUTProduction cycle of pressing can be divided into several phases that occurs on different machines, and they all together constitute a single press line.

WARMING UP FURNACEInside of furnace for warming up of billets is coated with a special material produced and designed to maintain interior temperature and insulate interior from the outward surroundings. Furnace is divided into several zones, each of which can be programmed to different temperatures. The accuracy of temperature adjusting, by zones, is controlled with thermo pairs that periodically control the adjusted temperatures and compare them to the set temperatures at pressing out.

BILLET’S CUTTINGIn preparation of billets for pressing, so called hot shear is used, due to its numerous advantages in relation to the traditional billet cutting off systems:- shorter time of cutting, 25 – 35 seconds, in relation to two minu-tes with the common way of cutting, no waste at sawing;- better usage of material, since it is possible to make various adjustments of cutting lengths, which is especially relevant at the unplanned tool changes. With usage of this system the entire billet length is used.

TOOLSProfile appearance depends on the tool trough which it is pressed, and in the factories of FEAL group exist over 7000 various tools. Durring pressing tools can be cooled with liquid nitrogen that re-sults with a higher speed of pressing, better surface appearance and extending of tool life.

PRESSINGPressed profile comes out on the output table, where it is accep-ted by system of pullers, that enables through its construction a continual conducting of profiles along the exit and cooling table during pressing. System for intensive cooling of profiles is located under and above the exit table and along the transport table of a double length. Its basic purpose is cooling by a directed air stream with possibility of regulating the cooling intensity and achieving of an optimal cooling degree for various aluminium alloys. If a higher degree of cooling is required, cooling with water is used, or so called water wave, where significantly greater speeds are achieved, which is of a particular significance at pressing of harder alloys. Cooling table is divided into several temperature zones and enables lateral moving of profiles pressed in regard to table axis by the system of endless belt, which eliminates possibility of profile’s mechanical damages in relation to the traditional walking beam mode/way of moving. Mechanical equation/alignment of profi-les is achieved at the tensioner, which is completely automatized and handled by a single operator with usage and help of video monitoring.

PROFILE’S CUTTING AND SORTING OUTAfter tensioning, profiles are cut on required dimensions (auto-matic cutting up to the lengths of 13 meters) and then goes to automatic sorter, sorting into baskets without assistance of physi-cal work, where upon the possibility of eventual damage due to handling is excluded. After sorting, transport system moves the baskets to the automatic sorter, which sorts up to four baskets on the top of each other and transports them to the furnace for heat-treatment of profiles.

TOPLINSKA OBRADA PROFILAZa postizanje traženih fizikalno, mehaničkih svojstava profila, nakon isprešavanja oni idu u peć za umjetno starenje, gdje se drže na temperaturi od 180 °C u trajanju od 6 sati. Nakon toplinske obrade idu do automatske razlagalice korpa te u skladište sirovih profila.

LINIJA ZA SPAJANJE PROFILA S PREKINUTIM TERMIČKIM MOSTOM (PTM)Linija spajanja PTM profila ukupnih instaliranih kapaciteta 8000 T/god. opremljena je suvremenim CNC strojevima, koji omogućuju spajanje profila najvećeg presjeka 410x360 mm.

PROIZVODNI CIKLUS SPAJANJA PTM PROFILAOvaj se postupak može podijeliti u četiri faze:

- Narezivanje utora profila - Umetanje poliamida- Proces spajanja profila- Kontrola kvalitete spojenog profila

Kontrola kvalitete spojenog profila podrazumijeva kontrolu geometrije profila i kontrolu maksimalne smičuće sile između profila. Preporučena vrijednost smičuće sile je 400-500 [N/cm].Standardne poliamidne trake postojane su na visokim temperaturama, što omogućuje naknadnu plastifikaciju pro-fila. Na ovoj liniji moguće je spajanje profila u sirovom i obo-jenom stanju, čime je omogućeno spajanje dvobojnih profila. Nadalje, moguće je i spajanje različitih materijala kao što su kombinacije aluminij-PVC-drvo.

LINIJA STROJNE OBRADENa liniji strojne obrade nalaze se Elumatec obradni centri:SBZ 122, SBZ 131, SBZ 150, SBZ 151 dužine 15 m i SBZ 151 dužine 30 m za obradu složenijih pozicija, fasadnih sustava, te izradu raznih okova.

SBZ 122 i SBZ 131 su troosni CNC strojevi za obradu šipka-stih profila dužine do 7 [m]. Strojevi su u potpunosti automa-tizirani i podržavaju CAD/CAM izmjenu podataka.

Tehnološke mogućnosti:- vrste obrade: glodanje, bušenje, rezanje, narezivanje navoja- automatska izmjena alata- mjerenje duljine obrađivanog komada- sigurnosni sustavi

SBZ 150 i SBZ 151 su petoosni CNC strojevi za obradu šipkastih profila dužine do 30 [m]. Strojevi su u potpunosti automatizirani i podržavaju CAD/CAM izmjenu podataka.

ARKUS – 12 CNC je stroj za savijanje Al-profila u jednoj ravni čija je nazivna snaga 12T. U mogućnosti smo saviti lukove minimalnog promjera savijanja Ø 380[mm] sa mak-simalno 5 pregibnih točaka. Ulazni parametri su: dimenzije profila, promjeri alata, radijus i kut savijanja. Stroj automatski vrši korekciju luka zbog razlika u elastičnosti pojedinih mate-rijala. Uz gore navedeno, posjedujemo odgovarajuće strojeve i stručno osoblje, tako da u svakom trenutku možemo pružiti našim kupcima sve vidove usluga od projektiranja pa sve do konačne obrade najzahtjevnijih pozicija aluminijskih sustava.

Stroj za savijanje lukova ARCALL CR 248 RIMWVisoko produktivni hidraulički 4-osni CNC stroj za savijanje profila u kombinaciji sa naprednim, numerički upravljanim sučeljem CNW333 omogućava savijanje najsloženijih pozicija sa jednim do max 36 prelaznih radijusa na jednom profilu.

PROFILE’S HEAT TREATMENTIn order to achieve the required, physical-mechanical properties of the profiles, after sorting they go to the furnace for artificial aging, where they are kept for 6 hours at the temperature of 180 °C. After the heat treatment they are sent to the automatic basket divider and to the raw profiles storage.

JOINING LINE FOR PROFILES WITH INTERRUPTED THERMAL BRIDGE (PTM/ITB)Joining line for PTM/ITB profiles of total installed capacity of 8000 T / year. Equipped with modern CNC machines, that enable the connection of profile of the largest cross-section 410x360 mm.

JOINING OF PTM/ITB PROFILESThis process can be divided into four stages:- Notching of grooves- Insertion of polyamide strips- Process of joining - Quality control of joined profile

Quality control of joined profile implies the measuring of geome-try of profile and control of mechanical force between the profi-les. Recommended value is 400-500 (N/cm). Standard polyamide strips are stable at high temperatures, which allows subsequent plastification /powder coating of profiles. On this line joining of raw and coated profile is possible, which enables connection of two-colored profiles. Furthermore, it is possible to connect diffe-rent materials , such as combinations of aluminum-PVC-wood.

MACHINING LINEOn the machining line you can find Elumatec machining centres: SBZ 122, SBZ 131, SBZ 150, SBZ 151 length 15 m and SBZ 151 length 30m for machining of more complex positions, facade systems and making of various fittings.

SBZ 122 and SBZ 131 are triaxial CNC devices for processing of aluminium bar profiles lengths up to 7 [m]. Machines are fully automated and supports CAD / CAM data exchange. Technological features: - kind of processing: milling, drilling, cutting, threading/notching - automatic change of tools - measuring of the length of processed piece - security systems

SBZ 150 and SBZ 151 are five-axial CNC devices for processing of aluminium bar profiles lengths up to 30 [m]. Machines are fully automated and support CAD / CAM data exchange. Technological features: - kind of processing: milling, drilling, cutting, threading/notching - automatic change of tools - measuring of length of processed piece - security systems

ARCUS – 12 CNC is a bending machine, force 12 t. Bending is possible in one axe. We are able to bend arches of minimum bending diameter of Ø 380 [mm] with a maximum of 5 folding points.The ingoing parameters are: dimensions of profile, tool diameter, radius and the angle of bending. Machine automati-cally corrects the arc due to differences in elasticity of particu-lar materials. Next to the above mentioned, we own suitable machine device and qualified staff so that in every moment we can provide to our customers all kinds of services from projecting to the final processing of the most demanding positions of alu-minium systems.

POGON POVRŠINSKE ZAŠTITENa pogonima površinske zaštite vršimo zaštitu aluminijskihprofila, limova i ostalih dijelova od aluminija. Koristimo dva tipa površinske zaštite i to eloksiranje i elektrostatsko na-nošenje praha. Kapacitet ovih pogona iznosi preko 20.000tona godišnje.U svom asortimanu nudimo eloksiranje u prirodnoj boji, eloksiranje u boji bronce od svijetle do potpuno crne i eloksiranje u boji zlata. Debljina eloksiranog sloja je od 18-22 mikrona standardno, a po posebnom zahtjevu radimo i druge debljine eloksiranog sloja. Elektrostatsko nanošenje praha odvija se u nekoliko faza. Prije svega vršimo predobradu profila, stvaranjem kon-verzijskog sloja, koji omogućava dobru prionjivost praha te otpornost i postojanost boje. Poslije predobrade i sušenja na profil se elektrostatskim postupkom nanosi prah, nakon čega profil ide na pečenje u peć za polimerizaciju.Proizvodi se isporučuju u standardnim bojama po FEAL-ovoj ton karti, a moguća je isporuka i drugih boja po želji kupca.

POSTROJENJE ZA DEKORACIJU/TEHNOLOGIJA SUBLIMACIJEInstaliranjem postrojenja za sublimaciju, dobili smo ne-ograničene mogućnosti dekoracije površine profila. Sam proces zaštite al. profila odvija se u dvije faze. Prva faza je elektrostatsko nanošenje praha uz korištenje specijalnih poliuretanskih prahova. Druga faza je sublimacija tj postu-pak prenošenja boje sa dekorativne folije na prethodno pla-stificirani profil. Linijom za dekoraciju aluminijskih profila dobili smo mogućnosti zaštite aluminijskih profila te smo u mogućnosti bojati profile u imitaciji drveta, kamena. Prak-tički imamo neograničene mogućnosti dizajna površine.

POSTROJENJE ZA TRETMAN TEHNOLOŠKIH VODAPrečišćavanje ispusnih tehnoloških voda obavljamo na mo-derniziranom automatskom postrojenju za obradu tehno-loških voda. Korištenje moderne tehnologije i sredstava za-štite te stalna kontrola prema zahtjevima norme ISO 14001, jamac su naše brige za okoliš.Uz ovlaštene institucije, analizu vode redovito kontrolira-mo i u vlastitom laboratoriju. U Feal-u vodimo računa o metodama i procesima koji se koriste unutar proizvodnje, poštujući čovjekovu okolinu i sigurnost na radu.

ZAJAMČENA KVALITETA FEALOVIH PROIZVODAPrimjenom Sustava upravljanja kvalitetom prema normi ISO 9001, na svim organizacijskim razinama, osigurana je sljedivost proizvoda od ulaza sirovine, obrade u proizvod-nji, pa sve do isporuke finalnog proizvoda kupcu. Kontrola kvalitete u proizvodnji opremljena je posebnom opremom za mjerenje geometrije prešanih Al – profila i opremom za ispitivanje mehaničkih osobina materijala. Kontrolu kvalitete sloja površinske zaštite obavlja stručni tim u moderno opremljenom laboratoriju površinske zaštite. Traženu kvalitetu ulaznih sirovina potvrđuje proizvođač sirovine, certifikatom za svaku šaržu posebno. Ispitivanje i potvrdu kvalitete gotovih FEAL-ovih sustava vrše za to opremljeni i ovlašteni laboratoriji: IGH-Zagreb , IFT- Rosen-heim i GBD Bregenz.

SURFACE PROTECTION LINE On the surface protection line we protect aluminium profiles, sheets and other parts made of aluminium. We use two types of surface treatment, both anodisation and electrostatic powder co-ating application. Capacities of these plants are over 20.000 tons per year. In our product range we offer anodisation in natural color, in bronze color, from bright to completely black, and anodisation in color of gold. Thickness of anodized layer is standard from 18 to 22 microne, and by special request we also do the other thickness. Electrostatic powder application takes place in several stages. First, we do the pre-treatment of profile, creating the conversion layer, which provides good adhesion of powder, dust resistance and color stability. After the pre-treatment and drying, we apply powder on profile with electrostatic powder coating process, after which profile goes on calcination in the furnace („in the curing oven“) for polimerization. Products are supplied in standard colors according to FEAL’s tone card, but also a delivery in other colors on request of our customer is possible.

DECORATION LINE /SUBLIMATION TECHNOLOGYWith installation of sublimation plant, we have achieved unlimited opportunities for decoration of profile’s surface. Aluminium profile protection process is carried out in two phases. The first phase is electrostatic powder application with usage of special polyuretha-ne powder. The second phase is sublimation, i.e. process of color transfer from decorative foil on the previously plastified/powder coated profile. With line for decoration we have possibillity to pro-tect aluminium profiles, and we are able to color /coat profile in imitation of wood, stone, etc. Practically we have unlimited possi-bilities of surface design.

TECHNOLOGICAL WATERS TREATMENT PLANTPurifaction of outlet technological waters is carried out on a mo-dernized automatic plant for a treatment of technological waters. With usage of modern technology, means of protection and constant control according to the requirements of ISO Standard 14001, we hereby guarantee and show our concern for the en-vironment. With help of authorized institutions, we also do regular water analysis in our own laboratory. We, in Feal, always concern about methods and procedures used in production, respecting the envi-ronment and human safety at work.

GUARANTEED QUALITY OF FEAL’S PRODUCTSApplying the Quality Management System according to ISO Stan-dard 9001, at all organizational levels, we provide traceability of products from raw material inputs, production process, until the delivery of final product to the customer. Quality control in produc-tion is equipped with special equipment for measuring of pressed Al-profile geometry and with equipment for testing of mechanical properties of materials.Quality control of surface treatment layer is done by professional team in a modern equipped surface protection laboratory. Requ-ested quality of incoming raw materials is confirmed by the ma-nufacturer, with certificate for each batch separately. Testing and confirmation of FEAL’s final systems quality certificate is done in equipped and for that authorized laboratories: IGH Zagreb, IFT-Ro-senheim and GBD Bregenz.

Aluminium is material of present and future. Today represents one of the most important

material and is ideal for all industrial and constructional needs. All products

can be recycled indefinitely.
