of resourceful persons namely Md. Abdul Maleque Akon, who has vast experience of 25 (Twenty five)
years both as employee and management personnel. He had established Basic Shirts Ltd & Q-Point
Fashions Ltd, & Q-Point Sportswear Ltd., Which mostly executes orders of ASDA, TESCO, WOOL
WORTH, PELACO, PER-MA-PLEAT, MAKHAM, MARKS & SPENCER with some other
entrepreneurs. Presently, he has set up his own factory M/s. Sakib Garments Ltd. In rented premises,
total area is 24,000 Sft.
The project is in operation since April 2010. At present only cutting, sewing and finishing operation are
going on with 366 machines having 24,000 Sqft factory spaces. All the machines are brand new having
fully automatic features to ensure high quality.
Specifically, Present sewing facilities are designed with 05 lines for producing basic Men’s/Ladies/Kids
all kind of special bottom (Denim + Twill Fabrics). Factory is capable of producing per day 6,500 pcs
Men’s & Ladies five pocket denim and Kids item per day 7,500 pcs.
Annual production capacity stands at 1,69,000/Dz.=20,28,000 pcs. Men’s & Ladies five pocket denim
and Kids (All) 1,95,000 Dz.=23,40,000 pcs.

Medical Check-up :
The factory provides weekly medical cheek-up for the workers. This facility is provided by the doctors.
Health & Safety Regulation :
As per ILO and local law factories as has installed and maintain precautions for safety hazards and
workers are strictly following up to practice these safety regulation.
Baby Day Care Centre :
In house children day care facility along with medical care for the worker’s infants.

Loading & Unloading :
Loading and unloading is performed within the compound of factory by company’s own covered van.
Entrance :
The company uses metal two spacious stairs for entering in the factory building.
Needle Check:
The company uses metal detector to check needle in the apparels.
Fire fighting:
The company installed adequate fire extinguishers at the conspicuous places and sand bucket to fight
sudden fire.
Independent Power Supply:
The company uses 250 KVA Cummins Generator continuous power supply.
Movening Camera :
The company use seven (7) movening camera in every floor. We have already setting two (2) moving
camera in finishing restriction area and others every floor also.
Finishing restriction area :
The company use finishing earnestment area with two (2) moving camera for safety issue for the
customers.
