Dear Elementary Students and Parents

Welcome to the second term of Extra-Curricular Activities. They begin on Tuesday, 24 January, and go through

until Thursday 30, March. Each student is required to sign up for an activity on each day.

Included with this letter is a list of the activities we will offer this term. Please complete and return the form

below to enroll your child in an extra-curricular activity. If there is a cost for your student’s first choice activity,

we ask that you include money to cover the cost. Thank you!

Choose carefully. There will be no switching of activities once the activities have started. The fees collected for

certain activities are not refundable as they are necessary for the functioning of the activity. Some activities

have limited number. By returning your form and fee quickly you will have a better chance of securing your first

choice. Please note: Students must remain in the activities for which they are signed up.

If a student is unable to fully participate in an activity one day, the student may still attend the activity to watch,

or a parent may pick the student up.

Students will be bussed from school at 2:35 to Fun

Start where they will change and swim until

3:30.

Students who sign up for this activity are expected to have a basic level of

swimming.

5 to 11 2,100 baht for 16 sessions. Includes transportation to Fun Start (NOT BACK) and use of

facility for one hour. *

* Parents are expected to pick up students at 3:45 from Fun Start and NOT

school.

Minimum of 12 students to run.

If minimum is not met we will not run this

program.
