How We Will Deliver Supports
START: Start Engagement aims to help HPSUs to scale more quickly by targeting supports at pre and post investment start-ups. Consists of a number of stages from positioning meeting to diagnostic process when priority areas are identified, to agreeing growth action plan and implementation.
ADVANCE: Helps clients across a range of sectors, who have the capability to grow in export markets to do so in a structured and sustainable manner. Diagnostic process to identify the barriers to achieving growth ambitions, level of capability in key areas, and areas for priority support.
ACCELERATE: Aims to significantly increase growth potential and job creation of clients who already have strong export growth. “Team-to-team” engagement involving client companies management team and an Enterprise Ireland team who will support the company to achieve their growth and scaling ambitions. An up-front diagnostic will be carried out to assess client business needs and to identify areas for priority support based on 6 key pillars - Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Operations, Innovation and Management.
