Empathy Map Example

Aliyah’s team used the cards in the activity kit to record key findings from their research, andthen they used the template in the back of their handbook as a guide to create a large empathymap on a piece of paper. They placed their findings on the map and discussed what they hadlearned. As new things came up during their discussion, they added them to the map on Post‐its.Finally, they talked about some conclusions they could draw from their research about what wouldmake the situation better for people.
