- He feels insecure about the value of his diploma and its relevance in the video game industry. He should gain more confidence in it and view it as a starting point, a base that must be completed by work he can showcase for his job search.

- In the interview, he expressed the feeling that he has still everything to prove in terms of realization (portfolio, projects), that he hasn't enough material to demonstrate his talent to recruiters. The school should have conferred to him a will to multiply the creations and structure them to present them to employers.

- He feels not armed enough in terms of behavior, of attitude. The school was too theoretical and not enough tied to the industry, it's partially a reason why he is passive in his job research. The school should have prepared him for interviews, resume writing, etc.
