I thought there must be a better way, how can I achieve 1:1 and fix some of these issues at the same time?

INTERACTIVE NOTEBOOKS
Why Interactive notebooks work? This style of notebook uses both the right and left-brain hemispheres to help sort, categorize and be creative with the newly attained knowledge. The right side of the spiral notebook is for writing down information given by the teacher (notes, vocabulary, video notes, labs, etc.). The left side of the spiral shows the understanding of the information from the right side (brainstorming, reflections, drawings/figures, worksheets, etc.). http://jyounghewes.tripod.com/science_notebooks.html

My goals
Goal # 1
Setup and familiarize students with
the digital interactive notebook
“Your success will be judged ultimately by
what you produce and the attitude with
which you approach your work.”
Vickie Gill, The Ten Commandments of Professionalism for
Teachers
Goal # 2
Have students actively using digital interactive notebook

required to do when they exit the school system.
Vickie Gill, The Ten Commandments of Professionalism for Teachers
Goal # 3
Share with others what has worked and what hasn’t worked in my classroom
We have all made mistakes, so don’t be embarrassed to tell a trusted colleague about a
problem.Vickie Gill, The Ten Commandments
