I am creative and ambitious, as well as passionate about the housing sector. I am able to learn on the job in a fast paced environment not only within a company, but also responding externally to the wider housing sector. This job opportunity excites me, not only because it is within the housing sector, but also because I can utilise my previous skill set from working in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles.

Voluntary Work Chair of Resident Scrutiny Panel, Cottsway Housing Association (May 2011 – April 2016)Achievements and responsibilities:

Setting agendas for both Resident Scrutiny Panel (RSP) and Scrutiny Liaison Group (SLG) meetings, which the Chief Executive, executive team and governing Board members attended – the SLG’s function was to ensure close collaborative working between my team, Cottsway staff, executive team and governing board.

Annual plan, 1-2-1 appraisals, recruitment and succession planning. Planning the content and agenda for RSP’s annual away-day Co-facilitated away-days in 2014 and 2015. Content and Design Lead for 2014, 2015 and 2016 Annual Reports. Head report writer for five years – writing evidence based reports, with recommendations

for improvement of services and work processes.
