• Over 270 student organizations including  Greek letter fraternities and sororities 

• Attend Fresno State events at a discounted  price or no cost to students. • Big Venue concerts at the Save Mart Center • Several club and intramural sports available• Student organized cultural and diversity events• Student Government- Associated Students, Inc. composed of eight 

student committees • Fresno State students, faculty, and staff committed over a million hours

• Scholarships• Approximately 3.8 million dollars in campus-based scholarships are awarded each year with some 

being renewable for up to four years or until graduation. • Smittcamp Family Honors College• President’s Honors scholarship  awarded to 50 incoming freshmen per year.. • Financial Aid• Financial assistance is available to students and families of all income levels. • Up to 70% of our students receive some type of Financial Aid funding.

NURSING– GPA - Prerequisites– TEAS Test - 75%

*Students are considered Pre-Nursing until admitted into nursing program

ATHLETIC TRAINING– GPA – Prerequisites– 200 hours observation

Fresno State is impacted for First-Time Freshman. Priority will be given to local area high school students. For non-local students, supplemental admission criteria will be used to admit Freshmen for Fall 2014.
