Coveo Connector Application

TA Digital and Coveo have worked together to create a new connector between Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Coveo Cloud Platform. This is not intended as a new product line for Coveo. Rather, it will be a connector authored by TA Digital and available to customers who wish to integrate AEM and Coveo. The Connector has the below feature set built using the Coveo APIs. This helps the authors/admins to build and manage the search experience seamlessly for the end users

1. Indexing AEM Content to Coveo Source(s) 2. Creating and Managing Coveo fields 3. Identify and create AEM fields which needs to be indexed in Coveo 4. Create a mapping between AEM and Coveo fields 5. Realtime indexing of AEM content 6. Adobe AEM search components using Coveo JS

This connector is built as a module of an AEM project and deployed as a package into AEM

Installation 1.Go to /crx/de and Click on “Upload Package”.

Upload the 2 packages as shown below

Once the packages are uploaded as shown below all the features of the connector will be available to use.

Configuration

After you install the packages, the connector will be available under Tools > Coveo Connector First step is to set the Coveo configuration as shown below in https://<domain>:<port>/system/console/configMgr

This is a once time configuration and once its done, all the all the content from AEM can be indexed within the given Coveo Source.
