T3 Architecture Asia team Charles GALLAVARDIN, Tereza GALLAVARDIN and Thang LE HOANG, all three architects, have decided to combine their skills and create the company T3 Architecture Asia based in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), Asian branch of T3 Architecture based in Marseille (France). Specialized in Green architecture & low energy buildings as well as in contemporary Interior Design & Landscape Design, we decided to offer our knowledge to promote Green Building and Sustainable Urban Development, working closely with energy efficiency engineers. T3 Architecture Asia is a multi-disciplinary design team engaged in Architectural, Interior Design and Landscape design. With office located in Ho Chi Minh City, we cover the whole of Vietnam and a part of South East Asia, especially Myanmar & Cambodia.

Philosophy - Architects who accompany their clients in the building process from the first Concept to the end of the construction

(Author supervision); help them to make the right choices (best compromise between architectural quality – energy

efficiency - construction cost).

- An architecture that respects people (elegant, healthy, functional) and environment (local solutions and local

consultants, low carbon consumption).

- Architects who encourage, at the same budget, the choice of Quality and Sustainability, rather than focusing on (too)

large scale project.

- Architects who promote social mix, the mix of functions in the city, the fight against urban sprawl, contemporary

architecture that blends into the landscape and takes into account the environment (climate, urban context, view).

- Architects who listen to their customers and manage to propose more than what they expected (innovation, creative

value).

Bioclima tic Housing and offices France - 2008 The project addresses five issues that seem unavoidable in an urban development project : - Social Mix: promoting opportunities for social interaction and sharing among generations. - Density: avoid the spread of urbanization and urban sprawl by proposing a typology adapted from dense housing. - Sustainable Architecture: Propose a construction that limit environmental impacts, that minimizes the cost of operating the building and reducing the costs paid by users (bioclimatic design, insulation, carbon-satisfactory materials, solar thermal hot water). - Urban Regeneration: The typology and integrated additional functions to the program will allow the building to "make the city". - Mediterranean Architecture: Submit a contemporary architecture adapted to the climate and Mediterranean cultural context (patios, terraces).
