Add pre-registration appointment

Click on the add button to add field(s)

Use the button pair to edit and delete fields

in event of errors etc.

Print out transaction slip

Use Quickteller or visit a bank for

payment

Download the completed form

Take it to a fellow of the college to

sign

Submit to the college

After successful application, please visit your

“EXAMS LOG” to check the status of the application.
