provider of psychometric instruments that help organisations in their

selection and development strategies.

Psychometric testing is an instrument designed to produce a quantitative

assessment of a candidate’s psychological attributes to determine how

much or what kind of an attribute a person may possess. These tests seek to

measure differences in:
