Experience La Trobe UniversityExperience La Trobe is designed especially for Year 10, 11 and 12 students and their parents to get a taste of what it is like to be a university student for a day and get the inside scoop on what really happens after high school. Students may participate in workshops of their choice, find out about student life and also check out the Melbourne campus, including student accommodation. University students and staff will be there to help participants out and answer any questions that might arise. Experience La Trobe is a free event - with lunch and entertainment provided!

Pathway to Medicine at Bond University
Students who graduate from the Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Bond University with the Pre-Health Professional major and meet the minimum required GPA, may be eligible to enter the second year of the Bond Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery program. The selection process will be based on GPA, performance on GAMSAT and an interview, with offers made once results and the final GPA becomes available. Up to 5 places in Year 2 will be reserved for the Bond Biomedical Science (Pre-Health Professional major) graduates. Students should please note current MBBS requirements still apply.The Bond Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery program is only open to Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents, holders of an Australian Humanitarian Visa and New Zealand citizens. Nutritionists and DietitiansDietitians and nutritionists are both food and nutrition experts.
Nutritionists study and provide advice about dietary habits to encourage the achievement of a healthy lifestyle.Nutritionists may have a high level of contact with the public. To become a nutritionist students usually have to study nutrition, science or applied science at university with a major in nutrition. Dietitians apply the art and science of human nutrition to help people understand the relationship between food and health, make healthy dietary choices and prevent and treat illness and disease.Dietitians may also generally have a high level of contact with the public. Guaranteed Entry – New for 2016 The University of New South Wales (UNSW) is introducing a Guaranteed Entry Scheme for 2016 admission to UNSW. Simply put, Guaranteed Entry allows students to know what ATAR will guarantee them a place in a particular degree at UNSW. Kangan Institute’s Fashion Camp 2015Learn all about the world of fashion create/design/marketing/brands trends/ industry access and much more. During each of the term holidays this year at the Richmond Campus of Kangan TAFE Institute Fashion Camp will take place. Fashion Camp brings together industry experts as they explore the key areas of fashion including Merchandising. Retail Styling, Beauty, Marketing & Public Relations for Fashionistas and Fashion Brands alike. Over 3 days of intensive workshops you will earn how to create your own fashion brand. You’ll also experience product development and see digital printing technology first hand. You can also discover insider secrets and network with industry experts who you may aspire to work with one dayStudents will receive a Certificate of Participation for attending the three day workshop. ‘At Monash Seminar Series’ 2015 UnderwayThe annual ‘At Monash Seminar Series’ commenced this week! These seminars provide Year 11 and 12 students and parents with an insight into the courses and career options within discipline areas. The seminars are presented by academics in conjunction with current university students and graduates, and are held in various locations across the Caulfield, Clayton and Peninsula campuses.
