Tracey Krska is the Education Specialist with the Better Business Bureau of Akron. Since joining the

team, she has taken on the speaker roles for all BBB developed programs which include Smart

Investing, Military Line, In Pursuit of Ethics, and many more.

 

She has a Bachelor of Science in Teaching & Training with concentrations on adult learning theory

and instructional design. Prior to joining BBB, Tracey has had various experiences within several

industries: investment banking, insurance, and pharmacy. Passionate about training and speaking,

she has been recognized for delivering topics on Resume Writing & Interviewing, Presentation Skills,

LinkedIn & Beyond, First Impressions, and various software programs. Her background also includes

marketing, information design, a licensed property and casualty insurance agent for the past seven

years, and a Mentor for new business owners through the organization MicroMentor.com.
