GROUP / COMPANY The House of Habib is the heir of a rich tradition of commerce and banking dating back to 1841. Beside Banking, the group activities range from automobile to audio media, chemicals, ceramic tiles, jute products, auto parts etc. etc. The House of Habib manages 12 Public and a network of Private companies and has equity and technical collaboration with British, Belgium, Japanese and Norwegian companies. AVT was established by House of Habib in 1983 and is the pioneer in using modern technology for the production of audio cassettes in Pakistan. The company has over 400 employees. AVT takes pride in providing significant employment to females, which comprise over one third of the work force. AVT entered the 21st century by diversifying into Plastic moulding parts and sub-assemblies, in collaboration with a Malaysian and Canadian company. Our high quality products received outright acknowledgment from the auto makers and encouraged us to further invest and induct 3,000 tons injection moulding machine, biggest moulding machine in Pakistan, to improve production capability and product line to meet increase demand of auto makers.

PRODUCTS Manufacturer of high quality audio cassette, both pre-recorded and blank.
Range of auto parts manufacturing includes interior and exterior parts, comprising bumpers, radiator grill, garnishes, scuff plates, duct quarter vents, lamps assemblies, wheel caps, inside & outside door handles, reservoir tanks, etc.
Range of Hydrographic Cubic Printed parts comprising, Panel instrument cluster finish, Panel console upper & Switch sets power window.
Range of assembly of precision parts, comprise manual & electrical mirror. Steering wheel, using polyurethane material.
Door Panels comprise high pressure injection moulded outer skin with reaction injected moulded Polyurethane. Frames and Windows are made from extruded wood plastic.
ENVIRONMENTAL HIGHLIGHTS AVT manufacturing process and products are environment friendly. All plastic waste is very carefully recycled before disposal. All liquid, gas and fumes effluents are precisely controlled through Environment Manufacturing System ISO 14001 : 2004.
FUTURE PLANS We aim to expand our product range with emphasis on plastic related items / parts for automobiles etc. In pursuance of our objective, we would like to enter into T.A Agreement with renowned manufactures. We plan to introduce new technologies such as Plastic Chrome plating, Expanded Poly Propylene moulding, Besides Metalizing, BMC moulding, Silicon coating etc. for reflector and lamps. We plan to put up above facilities in new plant located at PQA. Being low cost quality conscious manufacturer. We are fully geared up to become a reliable supplier of Auto parts to OEM’s.

Auvitronics Pedestrian and Vehicle grade manhole covers are produced with high pressure injection molding technology using reinforced grade of Poly Propylene which is weather, SO2, chemical and impact resistant . Heavy duty range of truck grade Manhole Covers are produced in FRP for petrol pumps or similar usage. Awami is an economical version of pedestrian grade suitable for low usage areas like narrow passageways and Overhead tanks.
