In the Rural and Coastal Zones outside all Policy Areas only, the guests may, instead of being accommodated in part o f the house, be accommodated in "temporary living places", (refer definition) on the property, provided all the standards for home occupations are met. This means that up to 6 guests is a permitted activity, more than 6 but not more than 12 guests is a controlled activity, and more than 12 guests makes the activity a "Camping Ground", refer definition.
