Please read through these instructions and familiarise yourself with the construction process before you begin.

We operate a programme of continuous product improvement, and we reserve the right to change the specification without prior notice.

Although we take great care to ensure this kit is complete, occasionally we make mistakes. There are no robots involved in the production of our products, just hard-working people. Please check that you have all of the parts listed before starting the assembly.

If there are any damaged or missing parts, please call us on 020 3011 2030. We will express any missing parts to you as soon as possible.

Keep these instructions in a safe place for future use. They can be useful for identifying parts when ordering replacements.

We are confident you will get a long life from your product. We offer a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing faults or defects. Sadly, we are unable to cover against storm or weather damage. If you experience any difficulties with your product, please call the number above for support.

Hints, Tips & Safety

All frame parts are identified with the part number, and all other parts can be identified by measuring and comparing to the list of materials in this manual.

Layout all your parts in organised groups before commencing assembly.

Caution Two people are required to assemble this product safely. Where possible, wear personal protective equipment such as safety gloves and glasses

when working with metal parts. Keep children and pets away from the assembly area. Keep the area around your work area clean and tidy. Take care when handling sharp tools and never carry sharp tools in your pocket. Never leave your product unattended or partially built, especially outside on a windy

day.

Ladder Appropriate fixings to attached to base/ground

Maintenance We advise that periodically you check all nuts, bolts, and screws, and tighten where

necessary. Clean using warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth.

Sub-Assemblies PreparationBase Gaskets

A1 - Insert PX-10-01 gasket into all the 4 profiles shown and snip to length.

Window Assembly

Window 1 - Assemble window sides and crossbar.

Window 2 - Cut PX-10-05 to length and fit to the inside of crossbar.


Window 3 - Place window panel into the frame.

Window 4 - Slide hinge bar into the assembly and fix both sides.


Window 5 - Push-fit glazing clip to each side of the window.


Door Assembly

Door 1 - Slide PX-10-0301 into channel in each AX-10-1102.

Door 2 - Assemble door sides and centre bar.


Door 3 - Place and slide each window panel into the frame.

Door 4 - Fit top and bottom rail into the door assembly and fix.


Door 5 - Push-fit glazing clip to each side of each window.

Door 6 - Assemble wheels to top of door.


Louvre Assembly

Louvre 1 - Assemble a louvre frame.

Louvre 2 - Push-fit all louvre blades.


Base Assembly Step 1 - Fix AX-10-0103 & AX-10-0104 to AX-10-0301 using 4x FX-01-0311.

Step 2 - Assemble remaining 3 sides of the base as shown, use AX-10-1603 as corner splice.


Step 3 - Measure diagonally corner to corner, equal distance to square the frame.

Corners Step 4 - Fix each corner upright in position using 2x Nut and Bolt.

Using pliers, compress top edge of Cladding Board to help it fit inside the channel of the RLD.Assembly Instructions - 4ft x 6ft Greenhouse Page 20 of 37020 3011 2030 Issue 2

Step 5 - Fix 8x Wind Brace, ensure corners are square to base before fastening.

Gutters

Step 6 - Fix 2x Gutter between top of corner uprights.


IMPORTANTInsert 1 extra fx-01-0201into the taller side of each corner for use later in assembly (see image 4)

Step 7 - Fix 2x Uprights using 2 fixings in each.

RoofStep 8 - Slot the 4 Eave sections with screw into the corner section and fix.


Step 9 - Lift Eave profiles to allow Ridge to drop into position and fix.

Front & Rear Upright Support

Step 10 - Fit front uprights, allow for extra fixings as shown.


EXTENSION KIT

Step 11 - Fit rear uprights, allow for extra fixings as shown.

Roof BeamsStep 12 - Insert Roof beams and fix in position


IMPORTANTInsert 3 extra FX-01-0201 for use later in the assembly.

IMPORTANTInsert 3 extra FX-01-0201 for use later in the assembly.

IMPORTANTInsert 3 extra FX-01-0201 in each AX-10-0504 for use later in the assembly.

Step 13 - Insert rear cross brace to the inside as shown.

Bracing Bars

Step 14 - Insert front brace bars to inside as shown.


IMPORTANTPick up on top FX-01-0201. Leave 4 remaining FX-01-0201.

IMPORTANTPick up 2nd FX-01-0201 inserted earlier. Leave 3 FX-01-0201 above for use later in assembly.

IMPORTANTPick up 2nd FX-01-0201 inserted earlier. Leave 1 FX-01-0201 below for use later in the assembly.

Remove blue/green film from SAN panels before insertinginto frame.

Window GasketStep 15 - Stick self-adhesive PX-10-05 to the top and bottom of each window bay.

Window PanelsStep 16 - Insert all SAN50 and SAN51 panels (insert one at a time with next step)


Step 17 - Fix glazing clips as shown to retain SAN panels.

Step 18 - Insert SAN-54 into the roof bay to have an opening window.


IMPORTANTChoose the roof section you would like to locate the window, place SAN-54 in the lower roof position.

Step 19 - Fit window bar to the inside, including a strip of PX-10-05 gasket.

Step 20 - Insert Glazing clips as shown


Window FixingStep 21 - Slide the Window assembly into the Ridge section, as shown.

Step 22 - With window in the correct position, fix location lugs either side.


Step 23 - Place 3 remaining roof windows in position.

Step 24 - Insert Glazing clips as shown


Step 25 - Insert 2x Glazing clips.

Step 25 - From inside the greenhouse, insert Louvre assembly and fix.

Louvre PanelsStep 26 - From inside the greenhouse, insert Louvre assembly and fix.


Include adhesivegasket PX-10-05 along top edge of Louvre Assembly.

Step 27 - Insert SAN-52, fix in position using 2 Glazing clips.

Sliding DoorStep 28 - Fix brackets to the inside of door opening as shown.


Include adhesive gasket PX-10-05 along top edge of door header.

Step 29 - Position AX-10-1601 on top of the brackets and fix.

Step 30 - Fix SAN-57 into position using 2x Glazing Clip.


Step 31 -Fix AX-10-1001 to the brackets from the inside.

Step 32 - Fix AX-10-1404 in position, ensure the track is equal height at each end.


Pick up on twoFX-01-0201inserted earlier in the build.

Step 33 - Slide Door Assembly into track.

Step 34 - Assemble door handle, catch and latch.


GutteringStep 34 - Place the guttering elbows on the ends of the gutter

Finishing TrimStep 35 - Fix all endplates.


Step 36 - Snap the door threshold into position.


Fix to ground usingappropriate fixings (not provided).

Window OpenerStep 37 - Fix window opener (FX-02-0401) to the inside of the greenhouse.

Anchor Brackets

Step 38 - Locate and fix anchor brackets as shown.
