to transfer project results in the Euro - Mediterranean area

to create a background for the constitution of new networks which will more actively involve the typologies of stakeholders, such as suppliers of raw materials, utilisers, end users - so far almost marginally involved in research projects - to comply with the new opportunities and instruments offered for European research in 7th FP for RTD.
