Well hello fellow metalheads :3 !! today i'm gonna be delivering
you am on amarth's new album "Jomsviking" Review :D !so put on your
seat belts cuz this is gonna be a rough ride 3:)So let's start
track by track:1)First Kill/rating:9/10Pretty cool song,and pretty
amon amarthish is you ask me,although it sounds like valhalla
awaits me(check with oden on our side album) and for victory or
death (check surtur's rising album) it's really good and gives
you that battlefield aggression and tension feeling,just
epic,melodic and awesome,and the lyrical content is about a man
that killed the earl's right hand which turns out to be a bard(a
bard is a wandering poet that recites epic poetry )obviously he was
trying to take his woman or something like that so he ended up
taking his life,but in exchange he was dishonored and disowned,so
he lost his first name that his fathergave him and became a mere
nobody"i'm an outcast" as he says in the

song,intro main riff sounds like siegreicher marsh( it's the same
as"victorious march from their debut album") from "versus the world
album",good drum work and nice heavy riffs,good solo with a good
tapping section,the lyrical themeis about a wanderer on an unknown
quest through the blizzard and the

A Sea Of Blood:rating:10/10
Just excellent!awesome riffs,aggressive,fast,melodic,it has
everything,the solois harmonized,although the riff is kinda
inspired from one of their songs"deceiver of the gods"and "live for
the kill" from "twilight of thunder god",and has asection that
sounds a bit like "destroyer of the universe"from"surtur's
rising",vocals are always top tier,lyrical theme is about a viking
journeying through the sea to fight a sky dragon,inspired from
vikings folk legends,since vikings since the beginning of time were
arch enemies with
dragons-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------4)One
Against All:rating:9/10One of the best tracks on this album,great
rhythm,epic harmonies and lyrics,awesome drum work,sounds a bit
like "once sealed in blood" from their album "fate
of norns",the lyrical content is good and talks about a viking
who's army is losin
g and finds himself all alone,all he has is two swords in each
hand,it's do or die

Your Horns:Rating:8/10Average song with a cliché riff,still awesome
tho,average guitar work and drumming,the vocals makes up for that
:3 ,and it's really a good "sing along" song,the lyrical theme to
um it up is about viking getting drunk in the middle of the sea:3

Way Of Vikings:Rating:9.5/10EPIC!!hands down that's all i can
say,awesome vocals,awesome rhythm,good drums,s
pectacular solo and most of all it's unique :D the lyrical
theme is simply about how vikings are brutal,powerful,and how
evenif they're best friends they fight ferocity each other without
holding back,cuzit's the way of vikings bastards

Dawn's First Light:Rating:666/10 \m/My Favorite from the album,what
makes this song good is the way how the guitar is harmonized with
the vocals,just fucking awesome,brutal+melodic blend :D ,the solo
is just awesome with some folklorish celtic,nordic feel,the song's
lyrical t
