Please read through these instructions before accessing the device. What is the AirWatch MDM Agent? The AirWatch Agent provides WhiteWave with the ability to quickly enroll, configure and update device settings on all company provided mobile devices. The agent also provides a means to enforce security policies and compliance, secure mobile access to corporate resources (i.e. email and calendaring).

Note: All Company Provided Mobile Devices must have AirWatch MDM Agent installed. Prerequisites:

Have your Apple ID ready. To obtain one please go to: https://appleid.apple.com

Know your internet email address (i.e. john.smith@whitewave.com)

Know your current login network password

Think of a 4-digit PIN (numbers only) to be your device lock passcode. (This will be needed each time you access your device after a 10 minute idle time)

You can activate your phone wirelessly using your cellular connection once you power off your current device.

Step 1 Go to Settings. Click on General then Device Management. Select Profiles. Remove all profiles on the phone (typically 2 or 3 items to remove.

Step 2 You will need to sign in using an existing apple id or you will need to create one to download the app by pressing the “GET” button, then the “INSTALL” button.

Step 3 Once you have completed the download, OPEN the Air Watch MDM Agent and enter in your Earthbound email address and press Continue. You will now need to enter in your Username and Password and press Continue.

Step 4 You will now be prompted to select Device Ownership, tap the Device Ownership - Please Select button, then tap Corporate - Dedicated below, then select Done. The next step will be to press Continue.

Step 5 After reading the Terms of Use press Accept. The screen “You will now be prompted to begin installation” should flash by quickly and take you to the install screen, if it does not click on the Tap here if you are not prompted automatically link and press the Install button once you are at the install profile screen, Install Now when prompted.

Step 6 You will be prompted to enter your security passcode that you created during setup. If you did not setup one during the initial activation you will need to now. Now you will see the “Mobile Device Management” Warning screen, press Install to continue, then press Done.

Step 7 Checking Status window will appear with an error message “Cannot Verify Server Identity”, this is because you still need to enter in your email password. Please select Continue at this time. Then another window should popup “AirWatch” Would Like to use Your Current Location, press OK.

Step 8 Sometimes you will see a black screen in the background if this happens double tap the iPhone’s HOME button (The HOME button is the circle located on the bottom of the iPhone) the below screen should appear and you will want to swipe the black screen upwards with your finger tell it disappears. Now you will want to go back into the AirWatch app.

Step 9 You will now see the “Success” screen inside the AirWatch app, please tap Continue. Now Exit out of AirWatch by pushing the HOME button.

Step 10 Go to Settings – Mail Contacts and Calendars – select their EB Farm mail account and Delete.
